Below you will find details about our home, Capri by the Sea 1005, located on the beach on Pacific Beach.
It is important for you to read all details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Stay at this gorgeous, modern, just remodeled, condo at one of the only high rise buildings on the beach in Pacific Beach. Steps away from the boardwalk, crystal pier, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Garnet Avenue.
The Capri has any many unique condos and this unit is no exception. The views have been highlighted in this unit with floor to ceiling windows that encompass every inch of the viewable space you could have from this amazing home. Located on the tenth floor, the views are simply breathtaking.
New carpet and tile were just installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms and are not shown in the pictures yet.
The home has flat screen TV's in every room.
The kitchen was recently updated with newer cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is very well equipped with many small appliances and utensils you wouldn't find at many vacation rentals.
The condo is only a small part of what makes this home truly a unique vacation. The building has a rooftop deck 12 stories up with 360 degree views of Pacific and Mission Beach. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, picnic tables and barbecues.
There is also a very nice pool that is heated at a constant 86 degrees year round. The pool area also has a large jacuzzi and sauna for your use.
Lastly, there is one dedicated, secured parking spot available with the unit. Anyone that knows about how tough parking can be by the beach will understand how valuable this is to the home.
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and business unlike any other!
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.
Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers with k-cups or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.
While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.
In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Great location, all the amenities, good value!
We had a great time! The condo needed a few minor improvements, but overall the location right on the ocean made those nits moot. Very close to sea world, zoo and La Jolla. The area had a bit of a surfer vibe, but Capri by the Sea was quiet and secure. The inside parking with security oversight was a nice bonus. The Property Management company was quick, comprehensive and friendly. We even had a “welcome call” in advance of our trip just to make sure we had everything we needed. Very nice touch! We will definitely be back if they’ll have us.
This condo was perfectly located right on the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Incredible view and very comfortable beds with lots of relaxation space for our family of 4.

The mirrored walls weren't my stlye but it does make the place feel a lot bigger.

The place was clean and had a great view. There are a few maintenance issues with the place that need addressed, but overall the view made it worthwhile.

3 night minimum required in the off season. 7 night and a Saturday to Saturday stay may be required during peak season (June - August). Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you. Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. Check out time is 10 am. Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure from our home in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. Pets are NOT PERMITTED in this condo. **Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking! We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
