The space opens up into a large living and dining area, with a comfortable sofa and a LED tv so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a little time home after your daily explorations.
The living room sofa turns into a full double bed and is comfortable for 2 adults.
A brand new open plan white kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, and ample pots and pans. I have left tea, coffee and sugar for my guests.
The place was recently renovated so everything is bright, fresh and clean.
The main bedroom has a nice and comfortable double bed, a conveniente drawer for your clothes and even a wall TV.
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom where you you will find white fluffy towels, shampoo and shower gel. Ladies there is a hairdryer for you so no need to get your own.
Baby cot available upon request.
The house is your own. Cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor.

The traditional and multi-ethnic market of Via Sannio and the local market of fruits and vegetables phase the morning rhythms. Shopping in the fashion streets of Via Appia and Via Gallia, with interesting food and wine breaks and the jubilee of the basilica of San Giovanni complete the picture of a dynamic neighbourhood. Direct and fast connections to airports and railway stations always available
The apartment is in a very good place to get reached by public transportation.
There is the metro station (San Giovanni – Metro A) 5 minutes walking and there are a lot of bus stops just in front of it (Via Appia Nuova).
From Termini Station you get the apartment in 10 minutes by metro (Metro A, direction Anagnina, 3 stops) or in about 25 minutes by bus n.714 (5 stops, get off at P.zza S. Giovanni).
You can also get the apartment in 30 minutes by tram (n. 14, 4 stops + n.3, 2 stops).
From Fiumicino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 40 minutes (45,00€) or you can go to Termini station by train (25 minutes, 14,00€ per person) and then take the bus or the metro (read above).
From Ciampino Airport you can get a taxi and arrive in 35 minutes (30,00€) or you can go to Termini station by bus (45 minutes, 6,00€ per person) and then take the bus or the metro (read above).
If you’d like to go to San Peter’s Cathedral you need to take the Metro A (red line) for 9 stops from San Giovanni, getting off at Ottaviano Station.
For Spanish Steps you need to take the Metro A (red line) for 6 stops from San Giovanni, getting off at Piazza di Spagna Station.
To see the Colosseum, you have to arrive first at Termini and there switch the metro lines, taking the Metro B (blue line) for 2 stops, getting off at Colosseo Station.

Roma Capitale authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts and camping grounds in Rome. The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Rome’s accommodation facilities.
Regulation on the Rome city tax, approved on March 30th 2018, has introduced important innovations. Tourists staying in private apartment are required to pay a daily contribution of € 3.50 per person. The fee applies only for the first 10 day. Exception: persons who are residents of Rome, and children up to 10 years old.
