About Anna Towns
We love living in Charlottesville. Its also a wonderful place to visit! Charlottesville has a small town feel, and is set in a beautiful landscape. Dave walks to work in his architecture firm on the downtown mall. Anna works in Arts & Sciences at UVa. Wren attends George Rogers Clark Elementary just down the block.
What makes this House unique
Belmont is a hub of activity in Charlottesville, and home to some of the city's best restaurants. We are a short distance from downtown, UVa, and Monticello. Enjoy a trip out to hike in the Blue Ridge just a half hour away, or visit one of the many fine wineries in the area.

This was just what we needed for our time in Charlottesville. Warm, comfortable, homey atmosphere in nice convenient neighborhood..
The Home was wonderful!
We had such a great weekend at Anna’s home. Everything was tidy and we had all we could need! Thank you!
Great home base for exploring Charlottesville
Location was great. We walked to dinner both nights. The central location downtown was perfect for visits both east and south of the city. The house had a lot of charm and was very comfortable. The owners provided useful insights and information. We’d love to stay here again.
Excellent location near downtown and nice neighborhood in developing Belmont area.
House had great home feel with several nice amenities. Owners very accommodating. Market and nice restaurants 1 block away, downtown mall, breweries 1 mile, Monticello 10”.
We had everything we needed. The house was very tidy and the bed was comfortable. The location is just one block from all the great Belmont restaurants. Parking was not a problem and there was little street noise. All in all just right for our visit.
Updated quaint home in close proximity to Charlottesville Tourist Attractions
Our family of 6, representing 3 generations, enjoyed our brief time in this home. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and we cooked in the kitchen without any issues. It was only 10 minutes from Monticello, and about 30 minutes to Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park. The home was older but updated. The only negative was the creaky stairs and doors, but we chalked that up to the charm and history of being in Charlottesville.
