Located just a 15 minute stroll from the bustling harbour, shops and restaurants you can walk to many attractions from this upmarket holiday home. Visit the Tunnels Beaches, hand carved in the 1820s, steeped in Victorian history. Take a walk along the coastal footpaths and admire the rugged scenery, or watch the kids play safely in the tidal pool and explore fantastic rock pools. Be sure to visit the impressive bronze ‘Verity’ sculpture, which stands 20 metres tall, created by the world famous artist Damien Hirst who also has a lovely cafe and restaurant on the harbour front.

The lounge has access to the large outdoor paved courtyard through French doors.

Located on the third floor, this room has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a large flatscreen TV and an entertainment unit including a DVD/CD player, Freeview, PlayStation console and a selection of DVDs.
A newly fitted contemporary kitchen, with vibrant sky blue walls, chrome fittings, white units and ceiling downlights. Appliances include a fridge, freezer, double oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle as well as essential kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
The dining table in the kitchen seats 10 people with benches and stools - a very sociable dining experience.
The basement houses the utility room, with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms 2-5 have a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and all rooms have quality bedroom furniture to store your belongings. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the first floor. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are on the second floor.

Eat at a Michelin starred restaurant, The Olive Room. Enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. There is so much to do in Ilfacombe, or take time to travel just a few miles further afield to one of the stunning surf beaches at Croyde or Saunton. Walk to Combe Martin for a pub lunch, or to the beautiful natural harbour at Watermouth. Or jump on the Ilfracombe Princess boat for a scenic view of the coastline.
CYCLE TO - Ilfracombe and its surrounding areas on the Tarka Trail - National Cycle Network, Devon Coast Route 27. This is a wonderfully scenic circular route on the North Devon coast with a link that allows a start and finish in Ilfracombe and takes in two superb traffic free sections, the National Trust coast route and the former railway path from Ilfracombe to Willingcott Cross. The remainder is along attractive minor roads through quiet villages and rolling Devon farmland. Boat trips run regularly from Ilfracombe harbour and include wildlife cruises around the bay and trips to Lundy Island. Visit Ilfracombe Aquarium, the unique Tunnels Beaches, fascinating Ilfracombe Museum, Larkstone Leisure Park, Hele Cornmill and Chambercombe Manor, one of Britain's most haunted houses.
DRIVE TO - Combe Martin, Woolacombe, Lynton, Lynmouth, the Valley of the Rocks, the choice is endless! This home away from home is perfectly located just minutes from the centre of the historic harbour town of Ilfracombe with its theatre, galleries, restaurants as well as the busy harbour with its boat trips and ferries to Lundy Island. A number of beaches are within easy reach including, Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton, Putsborough,Instow, and Westward Ho!. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are great days out for the kids. Lynton and Lynmouth are also well worth a visit, within the Exmoor National Park.
