Villa Emirhan is in a lovely quiet location and only a short distance into the centre, where you can experience the wonderful riverside restaurants shops, markets and bars. Getting into the centre of town or to the beach is easy. The sea is excellent for swimming with shallow waters for at least 50 metres from the shore so it is very safe for adults and children. The entire area is classified as a nature reserve and a site of special scientific interest. Access to Iztuzu Beach is via dolmus (minibus), riverboat, bike or car. The detached villa has a walled garden with panoramic views of the wonderful mountain countryside and 2 sides of the dining room open onto a large covered terrace with bbq and access to the pool.

Lovely well appointed villa in a quiet situation not far from town.
Enjoyed our stay immensely, I would highly recommend this villa. Dalyan is a lovely resort on the beautiful riverside location. From the tranquil boat trips to the very good food, nothing disappointed. We hired quads for a trip to the tops above the beach where the phone mast is- breathtakingly beautiful views! Ahmed the taxi guy is very helpful and was good for local knowledge and a cab whenever we needed one. We will be back!
Fantastic property, beautiful location, very helpful owner
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to go to Turkey. It is set in a tranquil location that is a comfortable walk from the town and local amenities.
The owner and his team were so thoughtful and helpful before, during and after our holiday. Nothing was ever too much for them.
I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and can't wait to book out next holiday here.
Lovely villa - highly recommended!!
We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2015. From being met at the airport, we were made to feel safe & welcome. We were a little concerned when being taken down a dusty track past farmers fields, but when we emerged in front of the villa we were very pleased. The location of the villa is great for the local dolmus into Dalyan and the information received from Andy was excellent. The bikes provided would have been very useful, although there was a puncture in one tyre when we arrived, but Ahmet very quickly got that sorted for us.
The villa was very clean with all mod cons you need for a peaceful holiday. We also had an issue with the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but again, Ahmet sorted that very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Having said that, having used the downstairs shower, the water pressure downstairs is much better than upstairs, so we continued to use this one.
The walk to the dolmus was interesting! Most of the locals are farmers and are very friendly - a smile and a wave to the hard working farmers always brought a smile from them. The shop at the end of the road stocked the basics, but the wine was very drinkable!!
Heading out of the villa to the dolmus stop, on the same side of the road as the shop, there is a hidden restaurant amongst the trees. It looks like a shack, but the food and welcome here was great! The dolmus from Dalyan is mainly used by the locals and the frequency reduces in the evening (at least it did in September!) so we used to catch the bus back and drop in to the restaurant for a drink. Failing that, pick up a bottle of wine from the local shop and drink it on the veranda - perfect!
We loved the fact that we had a local visitor on a few occasions - the local hedgehog used to pop into the garden of an evening - who needs TV when you can watch the wildlife!! We also loved the fact that there are grapes growing in the garden - seemed a shame to let them go to waste.
All in all, we loved our visit and would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break in a homely villa.
Thank you Andy for letting us stay on your Turkish home, and for all the tips and assistance you gave us before departure. You have a great team in Ahmet and his local tradesmen. Well done!!
wonderful villa with spectacular mountain views
The villa in Dalyan was clean. homely and welcoming. The pool was a lovely area to sit and relax and take in the wonderful views. Dalyan town was a 10 min bus ride away and there were plenty of local buses to catch just a 3 min walk away. The people were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot to do and see in the area and the beach was a half an hour boat ride away which was a lovely experience in itself. There were plenty of restaurants to eat at every night and a good selection of bars if you wanted a bit of night life. We would certainly go back to the villa again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a good holiday. Andy, the owner was very accomadating, friendly and helpful. It was a holiday we certainly won't forget.
A really lovely villa, ideal for those who wish to get away from it all, or not!
Close enough to Dalyan for when you want restaurants bars and nightlife, far enough away to have a relaxing time.
Great trips available via Ahmet and his team.
I would certainly recommend this villa.
Fantastic villa, beautiful location
A lovely, clean, villa with all the necessary amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The Nintendo Wii, selection of DVD's and books made evenings and the odd rainy hour entertaining for all. The pool was cleaned daily, and the views from every side of the villa were beautiful. The locals were friendly, and helpful and the centre of town is only a 5 minute drive or taxi ride, with plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you coming back every day. Andy, the owner was very pleasant and professional, and any question we had was quickly answered prior to our arrival, and once we arrived the villa, we were met by Ahmet, the villa manager who was our contact during our stay, and he was very polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend the villa to anyone, and were so impressed with our experience that we have booked to go back in July!
The wonderful 5 kilometre long Iztuzu (Turtle) Sandy Beach can easily be reached by local bus, or by the many boat transfers and public Beach Boat.
Nearest Airport is Dalaman, about 25 min. Our Private Airport transfers (day or night) are included in the price. You will be met and taken direct to the villa and picked up at the villa for the return trip two and a half hours before your flight.
Although the Villa is in a quiet area, there is no need for Car Hire. General Food Store is at the end of the road. Good Restaurant within walking distance, but main shops and restaurants are in centre of town. Frequent Bus service at the end of road(every 15 minutes). Our guests will tell you car hire is not essential, However, we can easily arrange this for any period of your stay, if you wish.
Dalyan itself is a relatively small town, unspoilt by the booming bars which have taken over some of the larger resorts. The town remains relatively undiscovered and unspoilt, thus retaining the friendliness and local colour sought by many. However, there are large number of bars and restaurants to choose from in the centre - sufficient to cater for every one's taste. Being smaller, Dalyan retains much of its original charm and has a village community feel, and during the evenings the main part of the centre is closed to motorised traffic for pedestrian safety. There are many things to do in Dalyan, including boat trips, Mud Baths, sailing, turtle spotting, Turkish baths, Adventure tours, diving and snorkelling, and visiting the ancient ruins of Caunos. The town sits on the Dalyan river fed by the local mountain streams that converge on the Koycegiz lake. Locals and tourists alike can enjoy the natural mud baths and thermal springs at the side of the lake, then meander through the maze of reed beds, passing the ancient rock tombs carved into the side of the mountain 3000 years ago. The river opens onto the beautiful Iztuzu Beach, better known as Turtle Beach where the gently shelving beach is home to the endangered Loggerhead turtle as well as much bird life. Dalyan is a place that has something for everyone, no matter what your age; from doing nothing but relaxing, to white water rafting or sea kayaking, to lazy boat trips along the coast, stopping to snorkel and eat. Its a good place for the children/teenagers in your family: they can enjoy a greater degree of independence from the adults without getting into trouble. It is by and large a very safe place and the locals are friendly and trustworthy. The local bus transport (dolmus) is cheap, clean and reliable. and there is always the alternative of car hire, taxis or bicycles.
