Immaculate 3 bedroomed Cottage in Lymington, New Forest, Hampshire Conveniently Located in the Heart Of Picturesque Lymington close to Forest & Beach
About Ken Walton
As a retired sports person, I was looking for a place to take the family. The New Forest and South Coast has always been our favourite holiday destination for the family and our dogs. This lovely Lymington Cottage just fitted our dream vision due to its close proximity to the New Forest National Park, and South Coast. We can now choose from walks along the beach, paddling and sunbathing, or Forest walks and market town shopping. We love the diversity on offer in the area but most of all we love eating good food and enjoying each others company. We hope you will too. After loving family visits to Lymington we bought and renovated this property to have a 'get away' place for ourselves. However our children (25 - 35 year olds!) love going down with their friends too.

Why Ken Walton chose Lymington
We pride ourselves on a fast response to questions and requests and seek to help guests with their needs. It pleases us that we have many yearly returners which we hope speaks for itself. Rosetta cottage is fortunate to have a wonderful local House keeper who is on hand not just to keep the place looking so clean and tidy but also to help with any unexpected problems. We hope you will enjoy the property and the surrounding area as much as we do and will find yourselves rested and ready for life after each visit. For me I like nothing better than sitting with a cool drink in the garden on a lovely summer evening enjoying deciding where to walk to eat.

Excellent spacious and bright cottage where you are just minutes away from centre of Lymington. The Quay, Pubs and restaurants (for all tastes). If you fancy a train ride the Rail Station is about 100 yards away. Parking for two cars a real bonus.
Beautiful house - everything provided that you could possibly need. Tastefully furnished and very clean. Just a lovely place to stay. Near all amenities - pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. Great lunch in the Bosun’s Chair (literally a 2 minute walk!). The garden was very secluded and a wonderful place to sit and contemplate the world! Just great.

We instantly felt at home in this cosy yet spacious cottage. Very homely yet comfortable with all your needs catered for. We were a group of 5 but didn’t feel crowded, room to sit around the wood burner (chilly still in May 2019) and the kitchen table. The cottage is very close to the town and lots of nearby pubs , we spent time in the Bosun’s Chair garden-palm treees! We ate out at The Ship and also made the short drive to The Pig in Brockenhurst New Forest-wow!! Great walk around the Quay take your binoculars or you look out of place. We all enjoyed our weekend catch up made special by this comfy cottage. Thanks Ken
