Desirable corner unit facing the gulf. This unit is on Front Beach Road with beach access in front. 1800 square foot, 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhome with beautiful gulf views from all 3 levels. This is a low density complex with only 9 units. Most owners live here full time. Entry is by personalized codes, so no fumbling or worrying about keys.

Perfect for families vacationing together, this home sleeps 12 adults comfortably. And 13 if you sleep on the sofa. There is also a toddler bed and a pack n play. The ottoman beds and trundles are perfect for both children and adults.

The oversized great room makes it comfortable and roomy enough for all. The best part is the unobstructed view of the gulf and the beach access right across the street.

With the beach access directly across the 2 lane road, you can have your feet in the sand faster than if you were staying in a high rise condo on the beach. No waiting on elevators. This end of the beach is not crowded and most times we are among less than a dozen people on the sand.

This unit is equipped with baby gates, baby monitor, pack n play, portable toddler bed, bed rail, and toys for the little ones. It is also stocked with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and a pantry full of spices, condiments, and staples to ensure an enjoyable stay.

My housekeeper does a phenomenal job and leaves quality hotel size shampoos, conditioners, soaps and lotions just like the top notch resorts and folds the towels origami style.

Go out the front door and you are steps to the sand. Out the back door is the pool. This home is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a fully stocked kitchen for the cook in mind. With new in 2016 all bedding, linens, carpet in the 3rd floor bedrooms, ceramic tile, crown molding and plantation blinds, this unit is sure to please.

Guests can be assured that comforters and blankets are always clean. Linens, bath towels, and hair dryers are also provided.

On the first level is a bedroom and oversized bath. This room is furnished with 2 twin beds with trundles, sleeping 4.

Upstairs is the main level with a large kitchen, stainless appliances, and counter height barstools. The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a lazy boy sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper and the other an Italian leather sofa, so you can sleep 3. There is a flat screen TV, and a bistro table with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful unobstructed view of the gulf. French doors open up to the balcony to enjoy the view, as well. A half bath is also located on this level.

Up the stairs to the 3rd level, you will find the oversized master bedroom with a king bed and French doors leading out to the third floor balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. The oversized master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. A queen guest room and bath is also located on this level. At the foot of both 3rd floor beds are twin size sleeper ottomans with memory foam mattresses, sleeping 3 comfortably in each room. I have a toddler bed and pack n play in the closet, should you need extra space for the little ones. The sleeper ottomans are on wheels and can easily be moved between the two 3rd floor bedrooms to best suit your families. Flat screen TV's are located in each bedroom. Fans are provided for white noise.

6 beach chairs and an umbrellas are included as well as beach toys and floats. An outdoor grill is located at the pool deck. All you need to bring are your beach towels.

Located across the street from the Salty Goat Saloon with live music, friendly atmosphere, and great food. It is within walking distance to the county pier, restaurants, goony golf, and only 2.8 miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Frank Brown Park. You can watch fireworks from the balconies from both city piers.

Some of our favorite things to do: walk to Harpoon Harry's and sit out at their Tiki Bar, wave to the beach cam and tell your friends back home to watch; walk to the city pier and fish; take an early morning walk along the beach and then have a delicious breakfast at Jeannie's; sit out back at Runaway Island and watch the sunset; drive to St. Andrews State Park for some of the best snorkeling; drive 15 minutes to Rosemary for their Sunday market; stop in at the Salty Goat to listen to live music, and say hi to the friendliest bartenders; play Goony Golf which is about a half mile walk and is the best miniature golf for the kids; have coffee and smoothies at the Pour which is better than Starbucks; visit the snow cone shack next door; of course Pier Park for shopping, Tootsies, and singing at the Piano Bar; and honestly, sometimes we never leave the beach. The water is so clear and the sand so powdery white. I could sit there for hours.

Happy to report that construction across the street is completed. Picture 3 shows the view.

My family loves the beach. We all fit comfortably together in this home. This property is located directly across the 2 lane road with direct gulf access. The view is phenomenal. We love the Salty Goat across the street and The Pour coffee house next door. Great places to stop in for a cold beer and good food or smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. We can be in Rosemary in 15 minutes.

What makes this townhome unique

Low density property and no waiting for elevators. Oversized rooms with plenty of space for 3 families. Even on a holiday weekend, our section of the beach is not crowded.

Great location and Amazing views

My husband, mother in law, our 7 kid's and I stayed at this house. It was very clean, very spacious not to mention the views are Amazing. You can literally walk across the street and be on the beach. I would definitely recommend this house and when we go back I would rent again.

Beautiful spacious accommodating

I not only recommend this place I think its now my go to place when taking the family down. We had 7 in our group of 17-63 yrs of age. There was more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The only draw backs were step stairs for anyone with disabilities and the noise from the bar across the street neither were a deal breaker. This is a beautiful home. The neighbor is a full time resident so no worries about wondering who is next door. There is great parking and traffic isn't bad compared to down the beach. The beach isn't packed out like at a high rise condo and only a short walk across the street. I would recommend something with wheels for your beach gear. We throughly enjoyed staying here.

I had a beach cart with wheels in the downstairs closet but ended up removing it because guests would leave their garbage in it and wouldn't rinse sand off the toys. It was just too messy. I do hope you will come again. You took such excellent care of my home. For that, I thank you.

Enjoyable time

The location was across the street form the beach and clean. It had some minor issues but overall was in good working order. There was good space and parking was fine for our 3 vehicles. Really our only issue was the bar directly across the street, the first 2 nights were there they played music till about 3am loud enough you could hear the words.

Once reservation is accepted, the attached rental agreement must be executed and returned with in 2 days. Cash deposit will be forfeited should any rental policies be violated. Monthly rental rate includes all utilities. During Spring Break, cash deposits are required. Should 2nd payment become late, initial deposit will be forfeited and dates will be made available.

Minimum age to rent 25. Non smoking unit. No pets allowed. All HOA rules must be followed. Occupancy may not exceed beds. Noise ordinance in effect 10 pm to 7 am. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
