With the beach access directly across the 2 lane road, you can have your feet in the sand faster than if you were staying in a high rise condo on the beach. No waiting on elevators. This end of the beach is not crowded and most times we are among less than a dozen people on the sand.
This unit is equipped with baby gates, baby monitor, pack n play, portable toddler bed, bed rail, and toys for the little ones. It is also stocked with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and a pantry full of spices, condiments, and staples to ensure an enjoyable stay.
My housekeeper does a phenomenal job and leaves quality hotel size shampoos, conditioners, soaps and lotions just like the top notch resorts and folds the towels origami style.
Go out the front door and you are steps to the sand. Out the back door is the pool. This home is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a fully stocked kitchen for the cook in mind. With new in 2016 all bedding, linens, carpet in the 3rd floor bedrooms, ceramic tile, crown molding and plantation blinds, this unit is sure to please.
Guests can be assured that comforters and blankets are always clean. Linens, bath towels, and hair dryers are also provided.
On the first level is a bedroom and oversized bath. This room is furnished with 2 twin beds with trundles, sleeping 4.
Upstairs is the main level with a large kitchen, stainless appliances, and counter height barstools. The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, one of which is a lazy boy sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper and the other an Italian leather sofa, so you can sleep 3. There is a flat screen TV, and a bistro table with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful unobstructed view of the gulf. French doors open up to the balcony to enjoy the view, as well. A half bath is also located on this level.
Up the stairs to the 3rd level, you will find the oversized master bedroom with a king bed and French doors leading out to the third floor balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. The oversized master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. A queen guest room and bath is also located on this level. At the foot of both 3rd floor beds are twin size sleeper ottomans with memory foam mattresses, sleeping 3 comfortably in each room. I have a toddler bed and pack n play in the closet, should you need extra space for the little ones. The sleeper ottomans are on wheels and can easily be moved between the two 3rd floor bedrooms to best suit your families. Flat screen TV's are located in each bedroom. Fans are provided for white noise.
6 beach chairs and an umbrellas are included as well as beach toys and floats. An outdoor grill is located at the pool deck. All you need to bring are your beach towels.
Located across the street from the Salty Goat Saloon with live music, friendly atmosphere, and great food. It is within walking distance to the county pier, restaurants, goony golf, and only 2.8 miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Frank Brown Park. You can watch fireworks from the balconies from both city piers.
Some of our favorite things to do: walk to Harpoon Harry's and sit out at their Tiki Bar, wave to the beach cam and tell your friends back home to watch; walk to the city pier and fish; take an early morning walk along the beach and then have a delicious breakfast at Jeannie's; sit out back at Runaway Island and watch the sunset; drive to St. Andrews State Park for some of the best snorkeling; drive 15 minutes to Rosemary for their Sunday market; stop in at the Salty Goat to listen to live music, and say hi to the friendliest bartenders; play Goony Golf which is about a half mile walk and is the best miniature golf for the kids; have coffee and smoothies at the Pour which is better than Starbucks; visit the snow cone shack next door; of course Pier Park for shopping, Tootsies, and singing at the Piano Bar; and honestly, sometimes we never leave the beach. The water is so clear and the sand so powdery white. I could sit there for hours.
