About Sarah Bishop
At La Marette, I hope to be able to offer something just a little different. I am a trained chef and have been cooking for, what seems, an awfully long time! I love cooking and entertaining and having dinner with friends. The garden at La Marette is 2 acres with an orchard and trying to get a vegetable garden going, I am finding that gardening is very therapeutic. I am lucky to have travelled and cooked my way around the world. I have lived in some beautiful places and am happy to now settle in France.
Sarah Bishop purchased this Cottage in 2012
Why Sarah Bishop chose Caulnes
As I drove down the lane to La Marette, I knew I was going to live here. The tranquillity of the property combined with the ease of being able to be in Rennes in half an hour or the quirky streets of Dinan in 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Saint Cast le Guildo in 40 minutes, to sitting in the garden listening to the birds, blissful.
