Our apartment (recently renamed O'Canal) has been completely redesigned and refurbished with high quality materials for up to 6 people on 55 m2. Parquet solid oak, exposed stone, wood paneling, old wood from the region, cement tiles old ... now make up this charming apartment.
It is ideally located in the heart of the historic city in the old town and 50 meters from the lake.
The entrance is on the famous Notre Dame, recently paved and pedestrianized.
Enjoy the close of the market (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday), shopping streets with the restaurants, stroll Pâquier, the Gardens of Europe, the bike path, beaches etc ... all within 5 minutes market.
Located on the 1st floor of an old house very atypical of Annecy, the apartment is exposed southeast.

Welcome and availability of a person permanently. For your car, the first underground car park of the town hall is 50 meters. Outdoor spaces are available in the district with a little patience and a few euros a day. Otherwise we recommend you leave your car in the area of Vovray Highway exit south Annecy (unlimited free parking). Then take the bus 7 or 4 to take you 3-4 stops at the train station (8-10 minutes walk from the apartment)

- Garden of Europe, Le Pâquier / Castle: 200 meters
- The first beaches / Casino / 300 meters

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
We were greeted by Moussa, who works downstairs at the kebab shop. Situated in a historic building, the apartment is brand new inside (I believe we were some of the first people to stay here). The furnishings were top notch and very stylish, exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is probably best situated for a small family as the bunk room adjoins the master bedroom (there is a door) but there is also a sleeper sofa and the living space would accommodate up to 6. We spent most of our time at the dining room table watching the other tourists take pictures of the building and canal below us. The apartment doesn't have a/c, which probably isn't needed, however we were there during a brief (and apparently unusual) heat wave, a quick text to the owners and Moussa was there with a new fan! The fan helped and Annecy returned to it's standard cooler weather our last two days. Some city and building noise with the widows open but that's the trade off for a central location. Noises subsided with the windows closed but we kept the galley windows open to hear the canal water rushing by!
Prime location and beautiful home
Our family of four loved our stay in Annecy. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this place!

Annecy très belle ville, visites intéressantes.
Appartement accueillant, atypique, bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans une ville très agréable avec un lac magnifique propice aux ballades en vélo, roller ou à pied. Nous avons bien profité de la gastronomie régionale, le marché du dimanche est bien sympa. L'appartement de Virginie est superbe, très bien agencé et décoré, la literie est vraiment top, rien ne manque à part peut-être une cafetière filtre pour les gros consommateurs de café le matin car la Nespresso c'est un peu juste!!! Tout est conforme aux photos, on prend les repas au dessus du canal, c'est vraiment atypique. Nous conseillons cette location car idéalement située avec tous les commerces à deux pas. On peut se garer au parking de l'hôtel de ville à côté. Nous avons passé de bons moments malgré la météo un peu fraiche et merci à Virginie pour son accueil. Béatrice
