Why Ricky Harman chose Morzine
My friends and I had stayed in Morzine several times both during the Summer and Winter. Morzine is a picturesque old style Savoyard town with no high-rise buildings and an unspoilt town centre, which has retained much of its character, charm and strong French flavour with many bars, clubs and a lively après ski scene. So I feel the resort had all I needed to fulfil a great holiday. Morzine also has easy access to fly into Geneva with many transfer company's to take you to the property. Or its also very easy to drive there from the UK!
What makes this Apartment unique
The property is in an excellent location just a short walk to all the amenities that Morzine has to offer! The apartment sleeps 4 persons, 2 on a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 in bunk beds in the hallway separated by a sliding door. There is a large private car park around the back of the apartment and some additional spaces to the front. Inside there is a fitted kitchen with combination (microwave, oven & grill) hob, fridge, kettle, and dining area with table and chairs and a bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin and WC. The apartment is furnished with a TV, DVD player, radio CD cassette player, a cot if required. There is also a store locker in the basement of the apartment block.

Cosy, well equipped and good location
We stayed here for a week at the end of January with our two adult children. We found the flat was well organised with everything we needed for cooking/ sleeping etc. The entrance via the patio doors was especially useful (there is a technique for the door without forcing it), as was the ski locker on the same floor as the apartment.
The block was very quiet, so we all slept well.
We would have liked information on how to operate the under floor heating in order to be able to turn it off at night.
It was also an easy walk into the town for bread in the mornings and to the ski lift.

Great little apartment in perfect location
Had a great week here, lovely and warm plenty of room for a family of 4 and a baby great location only a few minutes from the lifts and bottom of the lifts, you can ski to within a minute away. Loads of storage space.
Has a terrace that gets the sun most of the day and it also gives direct access to the road down to town so no need to go through the apartment block,all in all a fantastic apartment with a very friendly owner, we will definatly return.

The nearest motorway exit is Cluses (A40), 35 km from Morzine
