Spent a week here in late August we all had a fabulous time the pool was fantastic
Great property everything you could ever want..
Brilliant family holiday
We stayed at Fraser’s property during August. We all had a fabulous time. The villa is stunning, it truly is and it ticked all the boxes for our family of four. It’s totally equipped for all that you need, including beach towels. He really has thought of everything.
Fraser collected us from the airport and dropped us back, which was a great help as we were delayed coming in.
The location is down a dirt track road, but no bother at all walking down it to get to the main Village. Here, they are enough restaurants to try out. We liked the Italian and the Cypriot one were the best. We also used the car to get to other towns and explore. Great well stocked supermarket up the road. Car was great as taxis are very expensive and struggled to find the villa when we did request one into Paphos.
Highly recommend the Wavedancer boat trip and the water park.
Would have no hesitation recommending this villa to others. The pool is huge and plenty of room to not be getting in each other’s way. Happy to return sometime in the future.
Great villa for perfect holiday
We spent 2 weeks at The Grove and all of us enjoyed the villa. It offers everything you need to have a perfect time. It is really well equipped, comfortable and clean.
The external area is off course where we spent most of our time and we loved it. The pool is amazing and the bbq and eating area are great.
The location of the villa is also perfect to discover a lot of Cyprus which is an island full of surprises. So many different scenery to enjoy.
You cannot go wrong with The Grove, it offer something for everyone to enjoy.
Lovely spacious villa
This was such a lovely place to stay. Everything was an easy process, from start to finish. The villa is very spacious with a great size pool. The car included with the villa is very good and very useful. Location is really good, only a couple of minutes to bars and restaurants. Paphos is a short drive away with the airport only 10 mins away. All in all, a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
We had a fantastic week at Fraser's place. The pool area was a particular favourite - the pool is massive, loads of loungers, plenty of sun and shade spots for sunbathing or having a siesta. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there's a lovely shaded outdoor lunch table. The bedrooms are all comfortable and quiet and there are plenty of bath/shower options. The tv room has a big sofa and it's even set up to get UK tv channels and loads of films/box sets on demand. Fraser is a really good host, always available either in person or on the phone to answer any questions. Having the car is a great help as well as there is not much within walking distance. NB he can provide more than one car if necessay (we didn't know that and so rented another one which was a bit of a waste). The location is hugely convenient, 10 mins from the airport (hardly heard any plane noise though), and there's a well stocked supermarket 5 mins drive away. Mandria is 3 mins away by car and has a small shop and a bunch of bars and restaurants. Paphos is 15 mins away if you want more choice of restaurants/shops etc.
All in all the house is brilliant and my family and I all thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week of r&r in the sun to celebrate my 40th birthday. Would definitely love to come back, and probably will some day!
Exceptional Villa in a great location.
I am 11 years old and stayed in this Villa with my family and friends for a whole week in October 2018. The villa wasn’t far from the airport and when we arrived it was late and the driveway to the Villa was very dark. I was one of the first to go inside & thought WOW this Villa is beautiful, it’s definitely better than the pictures online. The TV was massive and there was a wide variety of things to watch. The Villa wasn’t far away from Paphos Waterpark and that was my favourite day out. I also really loved going to Mandria beach which was close by. The pool was the biggest one we’ve ever had at a Villa and it was great, I really really hope we are going to be able to stay at this Villa again one day.
So that’s what my son thought and I agree with everything he said, we would truely love to revisit this stunning Villa. This is our 4th trip to Cyprus, we usually stay at the Secret Valley area so this was our first time staying at Mandria and we would happily return, I hate long transfers from the airport so this Villa was perfect for us, we quite enjoyed watching the planes come in. We were also close to a supermarket which was handy as I could fetch fresh croissants for breakfast. The Villa itself felt like it was in the middle of nowhere and I didn’t feel like I had to tell the kids to be quiet in case they upset the neighbors, yet we had all the amenities we could want for not far away. Mandria is a lovely little village, it has a shop and a few places to eat and Mandria beach was so quiet with a beautiful sunset all the kids absolutely loved it.
Of course every Villa has its issues but I’m not going to mention any as I felt they were more down to my own personal preference as we all like different things. I will mention there is no outdoor shower, which is obviously easier when you have children but I believe the owner Fraser is planning to put one in.
Fraser was very helpful and pleasant, he introduced himself and then left us to our own devices but was on hand should I need him. I would also like to mention Louise who delt with the booking, she answered all my questions and was very helpful. We had amazing weather about 28-30 degrees every day, but we could feel Cyprus starting to calm down for the winter.
All in all I can’t fault this Villa or its location and would return at the drop of a hat and everyone in our party agrees.

Petra Tou Romiou
Close to Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley you will find one of the most photographed scenes in Cyprus, Petra Tou Romiou more commonly known as Aphrodite’s Birth Place. The dramatic rocks look like monumental tear drops in the ocean and are backdrop to the mythological setting where Aphrodite emerged from the waves! You may prefer just to take in the view or if you feel a little more adventurous perhaps climb the largest of the tear dro p rocks or swim around it 3 times to be blessed with Aphrodite’s famed eternal beauty! (Legend may claim this to be true but I think it was her last laugh!!)
Perched on the hillside, the views from Pissouri village and its surroundings are spectacular.
Pissouri has a quaint, unique character bestowed by winding cobbled streets lined with charming rustic houses. The Cypriot character has certainly been retained and is what attracts so many visitors.
There is an exceptional choice of restaurants and taverns offering a wide range of cuisine Pissouri really does have it all from ice creams palours to exquisite fine dining there are restaurants for all occasions.
During the summer there is a traditional Cyprus night in the lovely pedestrianised village square, with dancing and music. It is hosted by the 3 restaurants and their collaboration creates an incredible party atmosphere that is so infectious you can’t help but be drawn into the merriment! There is much Greek Dancing and entertaining whilst you dine underneath the stars and later a DJ with a live band take the evening into the early hours! Although the idea is perhaps to provide entertainment for Pissouri’s visitors, it is also true that a significant number of those present every week are the villagers themselves! Here you can truly enjoy an authentic Cyprus evening!
