A very memorable stay
An enjoyable two weeks in a lovely barn at the foothills of the South Downs - we were also lucky with the weather, which was near perfect for all but a day. The barn is beautifully decorated based on an open-plan arrangement and has a small well looked after garden and an open Sussex barn where we enjoyed many long barbeque evenings. Most evenings the deer ventured out into the fields, as did the resident fox. It's a stunning part of West Sussex with amazing walks from the doorstep.
If you want to experience Sussex at its best, stay here!
A Magical Christmas at Tagents Barn
There are just too many wonderful things to say about our stay at Tagents Barn and not enough space here to do it justice. We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful and we were very sad to leave. Just take our word for it and book in! We'll certainly be back!
Thank you so much for your lovely review! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and hopefully we will see you again soon!
I booked this property for a small intimate hen party. We couldn’t have asked for more, we all loved it from beginning to end, it was such an amazing special experience had by all. The property has absolutely stunning views inside and out and is set in peaceful tranquil countryside. The property has everything you need and more, the rooms are decorated to such a high standard and so much thought has gone into the open plan design. I would fully recommend it to anyone just wanting to get away from it all for a few days. We all had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning in the near future. The host is lovely and left a basket of fresh food and biscuits which was so kind and that just made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a superb stay.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments! I am so pleased you all enjoyed your stay and really hope to see you again soon! Annabel
Stunning barn conversion in beautiful tranquil settingThe owners made us so welcome too.
This is a high spec beautifully designed barn conversion which was a fabulous location for our family of 6 to meet up.
The beds were arranged to cater for my husband and me and 4 adults
The ensuite bathrooms were fantastic with baths and showers with the comfortable large beds and linen.
Having moisturizer and soap, as well as a start pack washing products made our stay too as we were coming in from different countries.
The walks around the village and south downs are spectacular
we also managed a spa day nearby too
I would thoroughly recommend this property.
