Notes

• Notes on accommodation: The Almond Tree is owned by an English family who can be contacted if needed, and maintained by an English-speaking local man who is on hand to help when required. The swimming pool is protected by a bolted gate to control children's access, and the grounds feature mature lemon, olive and orange trees. Property has to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure and is not available until after 4pm on day of arrival. Outside: There is a covered dining area for up to six people with table and six chairs; six sun loungers, umbrellas and a BBQ. Private swimming pool is 9m x 4m. Shallow end 0.8m at shallow end, deep end 1.8m. Outside areas extensively lit automatically at night. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with easy chairs. The Master bedroom has a large covered balcony (6m*3.5m) with a settee, easy chairs and a Hammock over looking the village roof tops to the sea beyond. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen provided. A bath towel and hand towel per person. The towels and bed linen are changed once per week by prior arrangement with the guest. The property is cleaned once per week when the towels and bed linen are changed.
