Cabin in Longframlington, Nr. Alnwick, Northumberland, England - Quiet Location, 20 Minutes From The Coast
About yvonne bell
Owners Yvonne and David have lived in Longframlington for over 20 years and love the place so are delighted to share it with visitors to Northumberland. We have had the cabin for about 7 years and have had many happy guests in that time (our guest book is full of lovely comments - including 'bliss' 'cosy' 'relaxing'......just what we hoped for when we started Bliss in the Sticks!
yvonne bell purchased this Cabin in 2009
Why yvonne bell chose Morpeth
The cabin is 3 minutes walk from our house so when the cabin came up for sale it was perfect and being 'small' and 'cosy' it was going to be easy to look after too. I do the cleaning and booking myself and am usually around (or not far away) if needed by guests.
What makes this Cabin unique
The cabin shares a small, quiet site with about 12 others but I reckon ours has the best view from the veranda. They are nicely spaced out and the shared grass areas are well tended to. Northumberland is a big county and there is lots to see including castles, fabulous beaches and coastline, historic towns with lovely shops and cafes, stately homes, forest and hill walks......just so varied. So you really need a car but being only 15 mins on foot to the village pub and shops you can hang up your keys if you want and your car need not turn a wheel.....

Unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived, the owner had forgotten we were coming.
Rather claustrophobic with dark wood interior and small rooms, especially the bedroom.
Very little storage space. Wonder how 4 people would manage.
Foor leaked in heavy rain.
Hi there - sorry you did not enjoy your stay and once again apologies for the mix up on arrival - entirely my fault.
Lovely quiet location with fantastic views. Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in the North East.
Lovely Break Away
Great location to explore Northumberland. Perfect with our baby and dog. Would absolutely stay again.
It was so relaxing and peaceful. Definitely go back.
The owner kept in touch. it was lovely and clean had everything you need for your stay. Perfect little get away I would definitely recommend it.
We had a brilliant time staying in Coquet at Fram Park. A lovely, clean lodge in a great setting close to lovely areas to visit. Thank you!
Perfect short break in a tranquil setting.
Sandy beaches are only 20 minutes drive from the property. Good for exploring the coastline or walking the dog.
