Amazing house in a beautiful rural location
14 of us aged 12-80 have enjoyed a fantastic long weekend celebrating our Dad’s 80th Birthday. The house has everything you need including games room, hot tub and huge lounge. The grounds are wonderful and were much used for football, swingball and bowls! The owner is very organised and attentive, made booking/check in as simple as possible and recommended local restaurants and taxi firms.
Highly recommend this house and am sure we’ll be back!
An excellent property

Beautiful, spacious property in the most magnificent setting
Steve was extremely helpful and generous host. Location is unbeatable and the house has everything you could need. Highest recommendation!
An amazing trip with friends in a fabulous house
This house is even more amazing than it looks on the pictures! Myself and 9 friends, 3 kids, and 2 babies between us, stayed for a get together and we loved every minute! We were able to have BBQs and use the hot tub with fabulous views and sunsets in the gorgeous garden. However even if the weather had been bad there was so much inside the house too from the playroom, and games room to the well stocked DVD collection, we couldn't believe how much space there was considering there was so many of us , and the kids had so much fun . We got an online food order sorted with Tesco which meant we didn't have to do any shopping either! But we did love our trip out to Buxton too. The owner gave us fantastic customer service, and really went above and beyond when we accidently left a kindle at the house. We'd happily go back any time!
Absolutely Amazing!!! We didn't want to leave!
We have just returned from the Cottage after celebrating my 40th Birthday with the girls.
The cottage is absolutely stunning, clean, modern with all the facilities you could ever wish for. There are beautiful views and lovely walks right outside the front door. The hot tub is a must to be used. The cottage catered for 14 ladies quite easily so you never felt on top of each other. Steve, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this cottage to anybody. It definitely was the centre of our celebrations and we just didn't want to leave it. 10/10!!! We will all be returning either together or with our families.
What an amazing place. Spotlessly clean, spacious and with everything you need. Had a fabulous time for our school girls reunion.Lovely rural setting. Would recommend Cop Farm to anyone and would def come back. :)
