About Susan Rember
A life long painter and printmaker, I have also been managing this historic home since 2011 and purchased it from the family estate this year where we now live except during your visit. I am using my artistic talents to remodel, decorate and furnish this large home and anxious to share it with you. My office and gallery are next door.
Susan Rember purchased this House in 2011
Why Susan Rember chose Five Points
This charming house, built in the 1887 is where my mother grew up. It was used as a boarding house, and reflects the remodeling of the late 1940’s and 1950’s. Now in an up-and-coming neighborhood, it has survived Denver’ s several high and low periods the past 50 years. In 2011 the house was completely upgraded. I love sharing this amazing house with others. Completely newly furnished.
What makes this House unique
The Glenarm House, a large home has been charmingly and historically upgraded. Newly furnished with a sprinckling of antiques, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Children are especially welcome and have their own bedroom. There is also a basinet in a sitting room off of the master bedroom. The kitchen has new appliances and there is a washer/dryer. Two tables seat up to 12, the large living room is great for socializing, wedding parties or giving lectures. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the many things Denver has to offer. Large patio for outdoor parties and receptions..

This house is amazing and I highly recommend it. It's the perfect space for a large group while still being very comfortable and charming. There's lots and lots of room indoors and out with all the extras you need to have an easy stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to cook for a large group and the location is perfect for heading downtown. We'll be back! Thanks Susan!
Kevin has visited us several years in a row and is great guest! I appreciate him sharing the House Rules with his group and his communication with me! Hope to see you again next year, Kevin!
Gorgeous home. Amazing owners.
Great Home and Great Location
Susan's home is very charming and a great place to stay for a big group. The home is close to everything and in a safe area. Susan is also a great host and was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Denver!
Outstanding stay in a comfortable home.
Susan, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house was charming and all spaces were well maintained.
Just the right fit for our needs-- great alternative to hotel
Our group of six work colleagues attending a conference had a very good experience in this house. Nicely furnished, spacious, very clean, great amenities and a good outdoor space for socializing in the evening. Susan was a thoughtful and attentive host-- really this has been one of my best experiences ever with home rental. Would definitely recommend to others
We had an excellent 4 night stay and mainly due to the place being truly prepared for us in every way. Ample bedding and towels, a very clean and fully operational kitchen plus indoor lounge seating for what seems like 20, this place is perfect for a large group needing plenty of space and easy walk-able access to downtown. It's even very close to the light rail station. No complaints whatsoever. The patio is secluded but large and comfortable. Watch street parking as they patrol the area religiously. Susan is on top of this place and it shows. Highly recommend!
Kevin and his party are the perfect guests, communicative and punctual. The house was left clean and in order, with house rules followed. We welcome Kevin and his party back at any time!
