This new and modern 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the stunning Costa Blanca coastline. The large terrace offers the most spectacular views across the Sierra Bernia mountain range and the beautiful town of Moriara. You can choose to have a relaxing holiday or avail yourself of the many local amenities which include, golf, horseriding, tennis, watersports, swimming and of course the local town of Moriara (5km). The property has residential/guest use only to a double infinity pool and a children’s play area set in well maintained gardens. There is access to a third pool on the street below the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for couples and families. The surrounding area is well maintained and extremely peaceful. The local area has beaches, bars, restaurants, horse riding, tennis and a number of fantastic golf course. There are parasol chairs and reclining bed chairs to take to the beach or pool areas. There are a number of supermarkets and shops close by approx 5 minute drive with free parking. Outside: The large infinity pools provide stunning views across the mountain range and are are set in well maintained gardens. The pools has a large terraced area with poolside bar and free wi-fi. Both pools have a children's paddling area and are supervised by a pool attendant during the summer months. The poolside bar (Montivista Bar) serves food and provides entertainment on certain evenings. There is a pool table and childrens play area allowing mum and dad to relax whilst keeping an eye on the kids! Utility Room: 2 Utility rooms one containing reclining bed chairs, beach seats and cloths hanging facilities. The second room has a washing machine/dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels for internal use are provided by the property owners, beach towels are not included. Cleaning of the property will be conducted before arrival and again on leaving but extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Other: The large terrace provides stunning views of the Sierra Bernia Mountains and by night the glistening lights of Moriara. There is a patio table and 5 chairs. There are also two sun loungers that can be used on the terrace.

Fantastic apartment with stunning views

Just came back after a great week in this lovely well equipped apartment. Which is in a great location with stunning views. Ideal for people who like to walk. Lovely pools and bar near by. The town of Moraira is beautiful with cafe's,bars, restaurants serving beautiful food.

Will definitely be back.

Great holiday

Beautiful place with amazing mountain views .

We can appreciate the different sunset. The apartment is very functional , clean, quiet and near the pools.

Finally we enjoyed the contact with property owners . They are very attentive to their tenants .

Fantastic holiday!

The apartment is well presented, clean with excellent facilities. It is set in a peaceful location.

The views over the mountains were stunning and the terrace a perfect place to relax or sunbathe.

The pools were of 5 star standard and the bar a lovely place to eat, drink or socialise.

I would not hesitate to recommend this property. I can't wait to go back.

Nice for having a rest !

We really enjoyed our holidays.

This apartment Is very clean, air conditioned was very appreciated.

This place is suitable for all families with children.

The views are wonderful and this is a cosmopolitan place.

Nearest Airport
70 Kilometres


Cumbre Del Sol has a moderate sized beach with 2 beach bars and parking and is approx 5 mins in the car. For those who are reasonably fit it can be reached in a 30 minute walk. The main beach at Moriara is 5km and approx a 10 minute drive.

There are also extensive marked cliff side trail walks best recommended early morning or evening. Some of these are reasonably challenging!


Alicante airport is 70km south (44 miles) and Valencia airport is 100km (62 miles). The A7 motorway starts outside both airports and takes you directly to the outskirts of Moriara. Whilst the owners strongly recommend hiring a car when renting the apartment, there is a bus service from both airports that take you straight into Moriara where there is a local taxi service.

Please be advised that travel on the motorways incurs a toll charge currently 7 euros.


The towns of Moriara & Javea are 5km. Denia is around 15 km and Calpe around the same distance. Benidorm is around 30 km south and boasts 2 large water fun parks and theme park.

Further Details:

Moriara and Cumbre Del Sol provides local supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. A large market takes place each Friday down on the main Moriara car park with many good bargains to be had.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of the booking along with a refundable £200 damages deposit. The damages deposit will be returned on receipt of keys back to the owner and confirmation from the agent that the apartment has been left in good order.

The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival at the property.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible to allow guests to make the most of their holiday - entry time normally 4pm on day of arrival and exit time 10am on day of departure, however if the property is vacant immediately before or after rental this can be relaxed.

Notes on prices:
Shorter or longer stays than 7 nights will be charged pro rata to the quoted rates.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
