Please take a moment before submitting a booking request and familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy, house rules (This building requires a background check on all guests over 18. It is a quick form and adds no additional cost to the booking. Each adult guest will need to sign a copy) and description. Also, when submitting your request make sure the number of guests (adults/children) is reflected accurately.

Our check in time after 4pm / check out by 11 am times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times. If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation. Thank you.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

Please note: We do not make exceptions to our cancellation/refund policies. Once a reservation has been confirmed any cancellation or reduction of nights will invoke the cancellation policies below, or as listed on your booking site:

We realize that unforeseen circumstances could cause you to cancel your reservation. Therefore, if you feel weather, illness, flight delays, car issues or simply changing your mind may happen for your stay, please purchase additional travel coverage. Only partial refunds will be issued for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival and refunds will not be issued for any reason outside of The Lux Haus’ control within 30 days of arrival as noted below:

Non-payment or non-receipt of house rules/rental agreement/background check consent forms:

At the discretion of The Lux Haus, the reservation may be cancelled if the payment, signed house rules/ background check/rental agreements are not received within 5 days of reservation subject to possible cancellation fees below.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival:

Guest will be charged a $75 reservation processing fee, $150 cancellation fee, and $45 dollars per background check processed by The Lux Haus. Any remaining refund checks or credit to a credit card will be issued within 30 days after a cancellation.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival:

The total rental fee plus all taxes, fees, and applicable insurance premiums will be forfeited.

If travel insurance was purchased, a possible claim for a refund may usually be made through your travel insurance company if you canceled at least 24 hours before arrival. We will provide any needed documentation for your claim.

Another Wonderful Weekend in Austin at Northshore!

Beautiful and practical in the heart of everything

Clean, contemporary decor and modern, this apartment had everything we were looking for. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple with a shared fully equipped kitchen and living/dining areas. Even a washer/dryer and 3 flat screen TVs. Building management was very responsive in supplying anything we lacked. Walking distance to many restaurants & bars and a block from a theatre and Austin City Limits. The vibrant live music scene is literally at your doorstep. A beautiful view over downtown Austin and the Texas Colorado River. 7 blocks West of the Convention Center and walking distance from an amazing new library, Trader Joe’s, Amy’s Ice Cream and the flagship Whole Foods store. Building has ample indoor parking, a gym and gorgeous outdoor pool. A short drive or longer walk to the funky SoCo shopping district. Higher end shops at your doorstep. A delightful stay - we would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for an ACL Live show. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Check in and check out was easy and convienent. Would stay here again.

Great location, clean, easy

I stayed for one week in this apartment while on business. The location is amazing. Downtown and walking distance to everything. One parking spot included in the building garage which was great. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything was in good condition and they even left some extras like toiletries in the bathroom and sugar/creamer packets for coffee.

Compared to the last unit I rented in this same building, I would say this one was not as well stocked in the kitchen so if you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to verify which items specifically are included. For example, there was no colander or strainer, no full size blender, only one cutting board, and only 2 pots (tiny or gigantic). I didn't cook a lot so it didn't bother me, but just something to be aware of.

The building itself has lots of great amenities like a pool, outdoor grill, deck, etc...I used the gym two nights while I was there and found it had everything I needed and wasn't too crowded. I would stay here again.

Great local location, new, clean, comfortable

Property matched the photos online. Stylish, comfortable, good coffee table books, unbeatable downtown location, peek-a-boo views of the river. Good fitness facility.

We are not giving five stars for the following reasons:

Wish we had been told then swimming pool is too cold to use in the winter, as the pool was one of our major reasons for choosing this property and we had specifically requested pool access. Barton Springs was much warmer than the property pool!

Window shades are sun shades only- they do not significantly decrease the light in the bedrooms.

Kitchen is only minimally supplied with glasses and dishes. The dishwasher would need to be run after every meal for our family of three, given there are only 4 of everything.

Master toilet had a slow leak. We let the company know at the end of our stay.

Clean, comfortable, and upscale with a perfect location.

Property was very nice and in a great location. Concierge of the property were helpful and friendly. 20 minute ride from the airport with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Less than a mile from Rainey street and a 6$ uber ride to South Congress Street shopping. Highly recommend this property- would definitely stay there again.
