The townhouse is in a truly spectacular location nestled on the border of booming vibrant Southend and historic Dilworth. There is fine dining as close as 1 block away (Sullivan's steakhouse, 300 East, Bonterra (great wine!)) and many bars and restaurants as well (Sycamore Brewery, Chipotle, Wine Loft, Atherton Market, Publix, Noodles & Company, Mr K's). If you like to exercise there are 3 gyms located within 1-2 blocks of the property (Irontribe fitness, Ultimate Crossfit, and Pure Body Fitness), or you can take a nice jog through historic dilworth and look at the beautiful million dollar homes!

The townhouse is located about 1 mile from Uptown Charlotte, Panthers Stadium, and Time Warner Cable Arena. It is a 5 minute walk to the light rail which goes to Uptown Charlotte and South Charlotte.

I truly believe this property is in the best location in Charlotte. It is located less than 1 mile from Uptown Charlotte and right next to the lightrail so you can be uptown in less than 15 minutes by train. It located in Dilworth on the border of Southend. This means there are tons a great restaurants and bars within walking distance. And Dilworth is a beautiful neighborhood with treelined streets and million dollar homes.

What makes this townhome unique

The townhouse has 2 master suites with private bath, a private rooftop terrace, a private back patio, and is located withing several blocks of many bars, restaurants, and the light rail! Also, the property was just rennovated 1 year ago!

Great Location!

We were in Charlotte for a conference at the Convention Center uptown, and this property couldn’t have been in a better location, especially for the price! Everyone else at the conference had stayed in hotels and paid way more than we did to be about 1/2 mile closer.

We plan on taking my mother-in-law to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in the future and we are already planning on booking this property when that time comes.

Great Stay!

Myself and a few buddies were in town to go to the race and this townhome was in the best location for us. We were just minutes from being uptown and only 20 minutes to the speedway, it made for the perfect stay. Lots of good food spots surround the property and the grocery store is only a couple blocks away, it really made it hard to justify driving anywhere!
