I'm a mum of two children who runs the cottage as a family home, it's warm and friendly and I'll try to accommodate people's requirements as best as I can. Being a mum I know what it's like to go on holiday with children so I've tried to include as many of the basic children's equipment as I can - cot, high chair, stair gates, bed guards etc etc. I can even provide a buggy if required!! Just ask and I'll see what I can do!

Lovely holiday home in great location
We had a lovely time in this modern 'cottage'. It is only a short walk to the beautiful golden beach, and a longer stretch if you want to walk a bit further along the coast, with handy pubs along the way to take a break. Seahouses is convenient for small shopping trips - and Alnwick is only 25 minutes away for a weekly shop. The whole area is very welcoming to dogs, which means bringing our little Cocker Spaniel with us is a pleasure. Would definitely recommend.
Hilly Brow is a lovely modern property, it had everything we needed including a sun trap of a back garden. Location was ideal, just a few minutes walk away from one of the loveliest beaches.

House was lovely & very well equiped
Property was really nice & well furnished with all 'the mod cons' required. A lovely touch to be left a bottle of wine & biscuits. Will certainly recommend to anyone wishing to explore the area.

Lovely cottage, Beadnell is beautiful
We have stayed in Beadnell several times now and this cottage was lovely. The beach an surrounding areas are stunning, plenty to do, we will be back and stay in this cottage again
Miles of golden sand within 5 minutes walk from the property! Clean beaches, excellent for children, families and couples.
Located 40 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne, 10 miles from Alnwick and 30 miles from Scotland. Car recommended but not essential.

Booking Notes: A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking (this will be subtracted from the cost of your holiday). The balance must be paid six weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made less than six weeks prior to the start of the rental period, the full balance is due at the time of booking. Single person discounts are available. Short Breaks - I do accept short breaks during the quieter months, please enquire regarding the cost. Changeover Day: Preferred changeover is Saturday but it can be flexible if required. Guests can enter the property at 3pm on arrival day and vacate by 10am on departure day. Notes on prices: I'm always welcome to sensible offers and will happily discuss any price to hopefully come to a suitable price that both parties are happy with!
