The furnished large private patio allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find your own private sun loungers and sun umbrella. The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including TV, seating area with two leather sofas (2 seater and 3 seater), dining area and kitchen. The single bedroom is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes with integral mirrored vanity unit which has hairdryer and hair straighteners provided so you have that extra space in your luggage. The bedroom benefits from air-conditioning (cooling and heating) and the lounge has a ceiling fan and dimmer light and an oil fired radiator for the winter months. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length bath and overhead shower. The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped with the provision of free WiFi to enable you to stay in touch with everything that’s going on and watch UK TV. We are just a short stroll to the bars, restaurants and town centre/harbour. We are also on the bus route (bus number 603) which comes roughly ever 20 minutes throughout the day.

We love the position of the apartment on this very sought after complex, Sirena Sunrise, especially as it is a ground floor with loads of outside space. This is a very spacious apartment with full patio doors to both the lounge and the bedroom and are fitted with good quality fly screening. The complex if very well maintained with an on-site property management team.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is very well located as it is less than a 15 minute walk to the Paphos Harbour area and its on the bus route. We provide air conditioning (cooling and heating), WiFi and UKTV at no extra cost and provide all bedding and beach towels too. There are also a hairdryer and hair straighteners. We also provide a safe to stow your belongings. The apartment gets the sun for most of the day so sunbathers will love it.

Great location just perfect for the 2 of us!
Spent a lovely week here during August. Very comfortable apartment with a really nice communal pool. Plenty of parking and only a short stroll to the harbour where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here agin.

We loved it!
This was our second visit and we will be booking again for next year! The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and only a 10-minute walk from the harbour and supermarket. We love the private terrace overlooking the pool and the Wi-Fi, TV, BBQ, and air-conditioning was a bonus. There are always plenty of beach and bath towels available, and the washing machine is a brilliant feature and a big help in keeping the luggage weight down.
We noticed a few updates to the apartment since our last visit as James continues to develop the property.
James was quick to respond to any queries during our booking, we look forward to returning to this lovely apartment again next year!

Close to local beaches. It will take about 15 minutes stroll down to the local beaches or the harbour area. The centre of the main town is about 7 minutes where you will find many bars, restaurants, banking facilities, shops and the harbour area which is of historic interest. The walk is generally flat and very safe.
Paphos airport is approximately a 20 minute drive by car. Larnaca airport is approximately a 90 minute drive (mostly motorway). A hire car is not essential but if you do plan to tour the island, it does give you more flexibility. There are regular bus services to Limassol (approx 1 hour away), Nicosia (approx 2 hours away) and the Troodos mountains. The beautiful beaches of Coral Bay are approximately 30 minutes away by bus and much less by car. Polis & Latchi are also about 1 hour away.
It is a 15 minute walk to Paphos old town where a daily morning market is held and to the old castle/harbour area with its many eateries, bars, banks and shops of all descriptions. Tombs of the Kings is approximately 15 minutes by bus or a healthy half hour walk. There is now a new bus terminal in the centre of Paphos near the castle. The airport is only a 20 minute car drive away.
The apartment is centrally located providing easy access to the surrounding restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and bars. There are 4 late night shops (kiosks) within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The larger supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away towards the seafront/harbour area. As the new bus service is right outside the door this will take you to the harbour where you can transfer to the main route to travel further afield like the covered market area or Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches and the waterpark which is an excellent day out. The new bus terminal near the castle makes for easy transfers to and from the airport and is very cheap.

Booking Notes: For bookings that are less than 8-weeks before travel date, full payment is required to include the security deposit which will be returned subject to there being no damage of an excessive nature. With free WiFi and internet TV with UK channels included in the price, no hidden extras. Changeover Day: This is variable, however, the apartment must be vacated by 12 noon to allow sufficient time for the apartment to be cleaned to the highest standards. This is negotiable at the time of booking subject to any same day arrivals. Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Bookings are charged for the number of nights that you stay at the property with the minimum being for 7 nights. If your booking covers a period where 2 different rates apply, then the cost of the booking will be calculated based on the number of nights relevant to each price bracket. Bookings for 2 weeks and over are negotiable. Longer term lets welcome and at a reasonably negotiated rate. Our prices include free WiFi with no hidden extras!
