The unit overlooks the Saltwater swimming pool which is a rare quality around this location in Rehoboth. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces and 1 parking permit pass. A beautiful private back patio with grill.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in October. The location was great — walkable to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Dogfish Brewery is right around the block. Parking spot right in front of the apt. Pet-friendly, too! There is an open spiral staircase, which our dog was scared to death of – something to keep in mind if you have a pet. Overall, wonderful experience.

Fantastic location!! Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Great location and close to everything. Beautiful pool is literally feet from the door. The beach is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The townhouse is beautiful and very inviting. Lovely back sitting area and balcony off of master bedroom. Washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor with bedrooms. Plenty of room for 4 kids or several adults in second bedroom. Grocery stores located within 5 minute drive as well as drugstores. Owner responds to questions very quickly:)

Good enough

I was late reserving a vacation rental this summer plus we wanted to bring our dog rather then leave her with a sitter like we often do; therefore, there weren't many places to choose from due to those 2 criteria so we were happy to find a place. This townhouse was in a great location, very close to restaurants and stores on Rehoboth Ave and about a half mile walk to the beach and boardwalk through pretty neighborhoods all with side walks. We were a little concerned that the owner didn't tell us that the property was going to be sprayed inside for insects just before we arrived and that the wet spray was toxic to dogs until it dried. We were extremely lucky that we arrived 5 minutes before check in time just as the pest control company was leaving and the man warned us that our dog could not go inside for an hour until the liquid spray dried otherwise she could become ill if she stepped in it. We were very thankful to him for the warning and spent the next hour walking around the lovely surrounding neighborhoods until it was safe to enter the rental. The townhouse needs a little bit of a renovation, the bathrooms and kitchens were outdated and there were some holes in the kitchen vinyl flooring, but it's understandable that rentals that allow pets are not often high end because of the worry that some dogs can do damage to a property. We were more alarmed by the presence of mice in the townhouse, my husband was able to trap one in the garbage can and take it out to the trash dumpster, but we still heard some rustling in one of the kitchen cabinets so we made sure not to open that cabinet until the pest company arrived to lay down traps (the owner was very responsive in calling the pest company when I notified her about the mouse we caught).

Owner's Response: We have a pest control company that services our townhouse monthly as we strive to keep it clean. They are scheduled to service in the morning after checkout to allow time between renters and check-in. I wish you would have brought it to our attention during check-in and not having to learn about it on a review. In mid November we begin a complete renovation on our townhouse. We will be doing a complete kitchen remodel as well as renovating all bathrooms. The update will be complete by January 2018. Thank you, The Stamos'

Wonderful stay with a great location!

Our family of four (kids are 3 years & 10 months old) had a wonderful stay/vacation, with our Scarborough Village Unit being the key to our week of fun in the sun. The condo was very well equipped and the owner very responsive and attentive (though we really didn't have to call upon them for anything). The photos were spot-on as to the look (and feel) of the place, and it really felt "warm and homey." We settled in on day one quite easily and naturally.

The pool, visible from the upper deck and practically "adjoined" to the unit, couldn't have been more convenient. There wasn't a day that went past that we didn't use it at least once -- more typically, 2--3 times/day. We also spent a fair amount of time on the private back patio, which I particularly liked. There were a number of other families who we met, with kids and without, and all seemed to be having an equally awesome time.... very friendly folks, and all very much into the convenience of the pool.

We also thought the location is/was really perfect as it's just behind Rehoboth Ave., close to great restaurants/shops and about a 15 minute stroll (with a tandem/double stroller) to the beach/boardwalk. If you're into craft beer and/or great food, Dogfish Head brew pub and it's upscale sibling, "Chesapeake & Maine" restaurant are less than a five minute walk away... And, I think we only used our vehicle once as a family, simply to drive to the boardwalk due to the threat of rain -- we walked everywhere else with the kids in-tow the entire week we were there, making sightseeing and people watching all the more pleasurable.

Should we go back to Rehoboth next year or thereafter, we'll certainly attempt to secure this same wonderful place again. Thanks so much for a wonderful family getaway!
