Great villa in great location.
Fantastic pool area with plenty of sun spots & shade for kids. Great views. Plenty of space in villa. Not cluttered in villa that with 3 young kids you’re worried about breakages.
Good communication with owner Jeremy. We walked into Moraira & back twice.
The pub nearby had great pool area with late sun.
Nice villa which offered great value for money. Location is extremely handy, really lovely to have fantastic Spanish restaurant (excellent lunch and dinners!) and few bars and supermarket 2 mins up the road. Very quick and great responses from owner. Could do with slightly better mattress on single bed and new cushions for chairs near pool, but only small improvements needed that didn't spoil our stay. Would recommend villa and the town and surrounding areas are very nice to explore as well, some great restaurants and places to see.
A really lovely villa in an excellent location, very peaceful yet close enough to walk into town at night. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The local supermarket was very well stocked and was only a couple of minutes walk away. Jeremy was very helpful and replied to our queries extremely quickly. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Jeremy
A nice villa in a good location close by to a supermarket and a few bars. About a 25 minute walk into town we taxied back as a rather steep hill to get back to villa but would keep you fit. Was well equipped with all you needed inside including WiFi. We stayed in July 2018 and had good weather, the villa was hot at night and would have been more comfortable with air conditioning rather than fans. A lovely pool area which we spent lots of time enjoying the sun after we gave it a bit of a clean and spent lots of time in the pool. It was a shame the surrounding garden was overgrown. We had a fab fortnight stay and love the area. Our fifth time holidaying in moraria first time at this villa. With a few improvements mainly the air conditioning we would stay here again.
Nice position, lovely views, easy access to town and surrounding area. Very quite and peaceful.
The villa could have been lovely, but was poorly furnished. The bedroom sheets and pillowcases needed throwing away. Duvets were stained. The villa was cold with one fan heater. No instructions re heating. Swimming pool area was dirty had we had to clean before we sat there, cushions on sun beds needed replacing as badly worn and stained. No hairdryer in the villa. The whole villa had a very neglected look, with overgrown garden and weeds.
It could be lovely with very little effort. We all like nice bedding.
Apart from the negatives, we have a lovely stay and it was very peaceful and close to facilities.
Lovely pool, large villa, excellent view in a peaceful location with very handy supermarket and couple of bars/restaurants nearby. Moraira centre 30 minutes walk away which is doable at a fairly slow pace when the weather is hot. Steep hill on the way back but its good for burning off the calories from overindulging.
The local beaches of Moraira are five minutes drive away. Many of the long sandy beaches that the Costa Blanca is famous for are a short, scenic car journey away.
Alicante airport is an easy fifty minutes drive. Many competitively priced car hire companies are available at the terminal or via car hire comparison sites.
Valencia airport is one hour fifteen minutes to the north and could also be considered. For the more adventurous drivers a direct drive from the UK could be a lot of fun!
Apart from Moraira the nearest holiday towns of Javea(twenty minutes), Calpe(twenty five minutes)and of course Benidorm(forty minutes) are within driving distance. For family fun Benidorm offers Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park. For a cultural trip the beautiful cliff top monastery at Guadalest is well worth a visit(fifty minutes).
Mobility scooters are available for sixty euros per week. Hire can be arranged for travel cots, high chairs and pushchairs if required.
