Tincleton Lodge Sleeps 10 (5 Bedrooms)
About Jane Coleman
Jane Coleman manages the properties together with husband Charles. We both enjoyed renovating the properties and I particularly loved refurbishing them to a high standard. We love staying in lovely properties and feel that if you want to stay away from home, it needs to be very special and our aim is to offer Guests with a comfortable and luxurious holiday which will be memorable for their friends and family and a real treat! hence Vi-spring mattresses, crisp quality bed linen, luxury en-suite bathrooms, bath sheets, beautiful furniture are all essential! We have two children and many pets! - a horse, Mo, two gorgeous black labradors, Otter and Bear, a miniature Datschund, Martha, two resident swans, several ducks& 24 chickens to date! Cattle and sheep on the farm
Why Jane Coleman chose Dorchester
The cottages are set on the farm and we have just finished refurbishing again for 2019. We love the quiet tranquil countryside, being close to nature from the second you leave the back door. From feeding the ducks by the lake, the swans gliding around - you are never disappointed on any walk just what you might see or hear - For nature lovers, this is absolute paradise - the kingfisher, heron, otter, hare, deer to name but a few are all closeby. We love the magic of the quiet dark nights - Guests are always so pleased that there are no street lamps to spoil the stars in their full glory. There is plenty of space to lose yourself. We are so lucky to be in such quiet and tranquil surroundings yet only minutes from the many wonderful Tourist attractions which Dorset has to offer.
What makes this Cottage unique
Quality home from home luxury, designed to make holidays as unique and memorable as possible. Close to nature and wildlife. Stunning walks on the doorstep. Heavenly log fires in the Winter - a joy to come home to. Perfect summer evenings eating Alfresco. Our aim was to make the Lodge & Rose Cottage special and unique, offering luxury 5 star accommodation, enhancing all the wonderful period features, yet offering all of the modern facilities to make Guests stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Families and friends can enjoy being together in a homely, cosy, relaxed atmosphere. The Lodge can accommodate everybody's needs from the children to the less able bodied - Seeing reunions and special people just being together having memorable holidays is a joy to see!
