We had a lovely relaxing time, Paul was very helpful & children loved the pool & hot tub. Just feel the property needed a bit of attention to detail with cleaning as there were some cobwebs and dust. This didn't ruin our stay though & would love to return. Thank you
This is just what me and the hubby needed. A total stress free relaxing weekend to totally switch off and unwind. The whole place is beautiful and serene and takes you to a lovely relaxing state of mind. We had exclusive use of the pool, hot tub, bar and BBQ which was fab. The barn was so cosy and we felt right at home. We could have easily stayed for a week. Paul and Sandra were always around if we needed anything. It was a pleasure to meet them and we wil be staying again.
We had a lovely family break in the Barn conversion, possibly our last family holiday as kids are 20,18 & 16 (hard to please everyone) plus we had our 2 pugs with us , we had a great few days using the pool & hot tub , the weather was amazing so we spent most of the time chilling round the pool, eating & drinking , the amenities and accommodation were even better than we thought, great communal area, pool bar area, pool shower and wc, large table, kitchen, bbq area and log burner if weather bad or for evening ,we ventured out and visited few places & had a few meals out locally , hosts very nice , they have horses and a pig , very happy wish we could have stayed longer 😀
Fab time had by all, ranging from my 80 year old mum to my son who’s 8 years old. Hosts were absolutely lovely, 8 of us stayed for 5 days, couldn’t get the kids out of the pool will definitely be returning
Easter Family Fun
Beautiful part of the world! If you like rustic charm, this is the place for you. The owners are really wonderful people who could not have been more amazing with your foster daughter who has complex needs. She was their daily little helper with the horses, fish and pigly the pig! We had the best Easter egg hunt around the lovely farm and were also really lucky with the weather. Thank you Paul and family it’s greatly appreciated xxx
We really enjoyed our stay here. Our teenage children (and us adults) were very entertained by the hot tub and taking a plunge in the swimming pool. The sauna was a pleasant surprise and was enjoyed by everyone.
The barn was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Paul was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The 'games room' was in fact a lovely entertaining room with dining for 10+ people, a bar, a kitchen and a lovely cosy log burner for the chilly evenings. We were allowed to invite our friends over (who lived locally) and we enjoyed dinner here a couple of evenings. Paul lit a fire outside one night which the kids enjoyed huddling around!
We would definitely like to return and would recommend.
