About Lynn Davidson
We live locally to the holiday property and acquired it to offer others the type of holiday accommodation we feel was missing from our fantastic local area, and Broughty Ferry in particular.
Lynn Davidson purchased this Villa in 2013
Why Lynn Davidson chose Broughty Ferry
Broughty Ferry is a wonderful holiday location, and the nearby city of Dundee, 'the coolest little city in the world' (Lonely Planet) and county of Angus are under-rated but fast gaining reputation and recognition. Whatever your interests are, they are sure to be catered for close by, activities, food, sports, family attractions, or art. Away from busy roads, but conveniently situated to have choices galore for things to do, eating out and shopping.
What makes this Villa unique
The V&A Dundee opened in September 2018. It is the centre piece of Dundee's waterfront regeneration and Scotland's newest 'MUST SEE' attraction.

Lovely house in a great location!
We stayed for 2 weeks in November and the house more than met our expectations. Very warm and comfortable - a real home away from home. Would absolutely recommend it!
lovely townhouse - great area - would definitely return.
Lovely townhouse, plenty of room for a family, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location but only moments from terrific cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to everything in Broughty Ferry including buses to Dundee and beyond.
Amazing Location - Great Hospitality
This was a fantastic property, in a great location to call home for a few weeks while travelling around central Scotland. The Villa itself contained all the conveniences of home and was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Lynn was great to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would stay hear again on our next visit. Thanks again!
Town house was excellent, situated in a very good position for all local amenities
The property, facilities and welcome pack provided by the owner were above average and we have no complaints only compliments on a well presented holiday let.
