I will consider lower rates in off-season of June, Sept. & Oct. In season, no less than one week permitted. Linens must be laundered and returned to laundry room cabinets, grill cleaned, leftover food & trash in plastic bags in receptacles to avoid skunks, etc. from getting into trash. It is suggested to use outdoor shower to rinse sand at "after swim" hot/cold shower to avoid sand clogging septic systems. The owner thanks renters for their consideration and respect of property.
