Our condominium has over 1400 square feet with two private Master Suites

We look forward to sharing our “Mountain Retreat” with you. We hope you will have a great time and create special memories with family and friends while enjoying everything the area has to offer. Winter Park has winter and summer activities for all ages.

Our unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with 1400 square feet. The unit features two Master Suites; each with a queen-sized bed, its own full bath, and a private deck. They’re situated so one is very private from the rest of the unit. Perfect for light sleepers, napping babies, etc. There is the Bunk Room with matching bunk beds and a private deck. This room is perfect for the kids. The couch in the living Room folds put to a full-size bed with a memory foam mattress for real comfort. The unit has accommodations’ for 10.

You will just love the time you spend in the living/dining room. This open area features a full wall stone fireplace, walkout deck, big screen HDTV. The dining area has a great antique table with chairs and a bench to accommodate your group. This is a fantastic place to enjoy everything from a large meal to pizza. All of this opens to our well-equipped kitchen, which will allow being as involved in meals and prep as you wish. We have collected games for your family to enjoy as well.

The unit also features an entry room which can be closed off from the rest of the unit for heat conservation as well as privacy. This provides a place for coats, hats, gloves, you know. You are steps away from the Hot Tub and sauna. The local bus (The Lift) stops just outside the door and can drop you just about anywhere in the Winter Park/Fraser area; skiing, tubing, shopping, restaurant's, recreation center, movies, bowling etc. NOTE: To see more on the (the Lift) download the RideHop app on apple or android and the ride code: lift. You can see the bus in real time so you do not need to wait outside. We are the Silvercrest stop off of the 04-Fraser Cirque Express and 05-Fraser Cirque

We loved the property. It offered everything we needed and wanted to provide for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only drawback over the whole weekend was the lack of a buffer between our unit and the one over us. We could hear every footstep, every conversation, etc., which was an issue as our upstairs neighbors were up frequently during the night and early in the morning, which obviously disturbed our sleep. Other than that, we couldn't have been happier and would like to plan to return for a similar weekend next year.

We had a great stay at this condo for the second year in a row. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals and for entertainment. The bus service to the slopes is right outside the unit, very practical! Highly recommend staying here, we will do it again. The proprietor is very fair and communicates well. Thanks!

Solid Condo!

This is a solid condo- and a great place for 2 families to stay. The place was clean and functional. The layout is nice and the bedrooms are large. The shuttle is a bit of a mess (though this is not within the owner's control)- even in the height of ski season, it was difficult to catch and the app doesn't work well. We found it much easier to just drive to Winter park the second day!

This a great place for the price. Everything you would need at home to be comfortable is available for use. The owners were very accessible when we had questions and treated us very nicely. We plan on staying again in the summer for a little getaway!

This is a no smoking unit in its entirely, which includes non smoking of Marijuana as well. Parking is available and is not assigned. A contract and deposit is required to hold your reservation. Any damages and missing items will result in a further charge. We want you to have a great time in Grand County and we want your stay to be comfortable. Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
