This is a wonderful one bedroom 'plus den' loft condo in the Denver Tech Center area in Centennial. This unit features high end finishes with high ceilings and exposed duct work. It comes with newer furnishings including a 55" Sony Smart TV and Cable/Wifi. Stainless appliances and beautiful upgraded granite counters are in the kitchen and bath. A gas fireplace divides the living area and den. There is an oversized balcony with a gas grill and great mountain views. Three restaurants are located on-site as well as a coffee shop, liquor store with wine tasting and a dry cleaners. The light rail is just a 100 yard walk that connects to downtown Denver, the Performing Arts Complex, Mile High Field, the Pepsi Center and now Denver International Airport. There are two secured elevators and one reserved underground parking spot with some storage in addition to outdoor parking.
Located close to Park Meadows Mall, Meridian and DTC business center, Inverness golf course and in the award winning Cherry Creek School district. This is a popular complex for business relocation and other professionals and longer term travel. We also provide two health club trial passes.
The owners live locally and are always available to make your stay comfortable.

Very comfortable and convenient with everything we needed
The apartment felt brand new with very nice furnishings and decor. The location was great, with good cafes and shops just downstairs- and the light rail was only a few blocks away, with easy access to Downtown. The apartment itself was quiet even though there was a lot of activity in the neighborhood. It was nice having a parking spot in the garage. There was an urban/active feel to the area but nearby was the very scenic Highline canal trail (with parking)- great for walking, running or biking. We walked through some beautiful areas on the trail- there was a book with a map in the apartment that directed us to parts of the trail with the best views. Tony's Market is just a few miles away on Dry Creek Rd with gourmet food to stock the well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were gracious and kind.

Spotless, Modern,Quiet, Comfortable home away from home!
My husband I and I needed temporary housing for 8 weeks. From the start business partners Randy and Brian were responsive and professional.
The loft is BEAUTIFUL and mirrored the online pictures. The unit is well equipped with all the kitchen equipment and amenities you will need for your stay. The bed was incredibly comfy. The unit was spotless! The building is in a prime location with restaurants, dry cleaners, nail spa and yoga studio right down stairs. Walking distance to light rail. Close to local breweries, shopping and Top Golf.
You will love everything about this condo. It has been maintained with love and the guest experience in mind.

Hip, clean, modern
I loved this place. Stayed here alone and it was very secure. Great location too with a couple restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed as well.
My husband had to travel to Denver for work. We stayed here for several weeks and felt right at home. The condo is gorgeous and the owners are fantastic. There are several great restaurants and shops located beneath the condo. We will definitely stay here again!
Randy's condo is just as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean and secure building. We really enjoyed staying there. Randy was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions.

Loved the layout, location and comfort of this great one bedroom condo. Brian was great to work with and really took the time to familiarize us with all the details which helped make our stay very relaxing. We used the light rail system to get in and out of downtown Denver and easily found our way around to the local shopping and restaurants nearby. The unit has all the comforts of home with convenient parking, a comfortable bed, great appliances and a big bathroom. Had a wonderful stay in Englewood and would love to return.
