Lovers of sand and sea seeking a relaxing holiday need look no further, three miles of golden sands is an ample playground and walks along the coastal path to St Agnes or Holywell Bay taking in the blustery salty air will exhilarate, refresh and totally revive your spirits.
Unusually designed for this part of the north coast is this modern semi-detached house built to a high specification enjoying far reaching views over the beach, boating lake, the village and countryside beyond. Built with environment and economy in mind there are solar panels fitted for hot water with electrical wall mounted heaters in each room which are completely thermostatically controlled.
A great deal of thought has gone into providing first class accommodation for those seeking something special for their holiday, with the whole atmosphere being light and roomy as reflected in the modern furniture. There is space for two standard size cars on the driveway at the front. Starboard has an enclosed patio area with a Weber BBQ and garden furniture. There is also a lawned area (please note there are a few steps to walk up to the grass area), which is not enclosed from the neighbouring property's garden. The magnificent beach, park (with children's play area), boating lake and village amenities can be reached within a 5 minute downhill walk. Numerous tourist attractions can be found within a short drive, including the Eden Project, Holywell Bay Fun Park, Newquay, Truro, Falmouth and St Ives, offering a choice of beaches with various activities. With all this in mind a memorable stay is guaranteed! A small dog is welcome but not in school holidays.

There is a large comfy sofa with two big comfortable chairs, TV with DVD player, Bose docking station and a dining table with chairs to accommodate eight people. Kitchen: Fully equipped with integrated electrical items such as a double oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine with combined tumble dryer. On this level there is also a cloak room with hand basin and WC.
Three spacious bedrooms with a family bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and WC. The bathroom has a feature porthole window. Bedroom One: King size bed (5ft), wonderful front views with double opening doors leading out onto a balcony. Bedroom Two: Bunk beds (2ft 6ins). Bedroom Three: Twin beds (2ft 6ins). A small TV with integrated DVD player is supplied, ideal for entertaining the children.
Landing: Access onto a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the far reaching view with a glass of wine (please ensure children are supervised on the balcony).Master bedroom suite: Double aspect room with King size bed (5ft),ensuite bathroom with shower, hand basin & WC.

The rear garden has a small shed useful for storing windbreaks, surfboards and other beach equipment. A barbecue is available for guests' use and there is also a washing line available and an outside tap useful for rinsing wetsuits.
