Our property has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having access to large balcony. It has a front porch and a rooftop terrace that has sun from dawn to dusk. It is fully equipped for 6 people. Air conditioning which blows hot or cold is fitted in the lounge and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. In addition there are two plug in fans. We have satellite TV including the main English channels and CD player. Bedding and house towels are provided. The communal swimming pool is just a minute’s walk away and is visible from the top floor solarium as well as from the large terrace off the main bedroom. Beaches about 10 minutes drive. Sun loungers are supplied. The property has its own drive with private parking for one car.

Well worth a stay
We arrived on sat 19th November 4 what we were hoping for a relaxing week before the Christmas madness. We was met by David who picked us up from the airport and drove us to the house. David was a very nice man and very chatty pointing out places of interest along the way. When we got to the house David gave us a tour and a rundown of things to know which was helpful. The house was immaculate and in a very quiet area. There was Internet and a TV with lots of English channels. The house itself was very spacious and could easily fit a family of 6 in it. It has 3 bedrooms( I double room 2 single rooms) and 2 bathrooms. The double room led out onto the 1st outside sitting area which was very nice and view was good with the mountains in view. There was also another sitting area on top which had better views and was more secluded. We both loved the house and the area it was in and will be looking to stay nxt year. My only quibble I would have with the house was with the main bathroom. It had a mixer tap for a shower but didn't actually work both the tap and shower run at the same time and you couldn't really run a bath.
The surrounding area had everything you needed, bars, cafes, restaurants,supermarket etc..but be prepared to do a little walking. We didn't hire a car am managed fine we even took a bus to gaurdamar which was a good place to go( just be warned the bus service is not that frequent but we'll worth it) we will definitely be going back next year to relax again and venture out more and explore.

We do our best to to maintain the property to a high standard and I appreciate your comments about how nice the property was. I'm sorry about the shower/bath mixer. This had been repaired before you arrived and tested and appeared to work properly. We will of course now replace it !!!

A spacious, well-appointed and clean family villa.
We felt this villa provided our family of four good value accommodation on La Marina. The main plus points are:
- good proximity to bars and restaurants.
- lovely communal pool within 30 seconds walk.
- view of mountains from sun deck.
David, the agent, looked after us during our stay and although we had no issues I got the impression any problems would have been resolved quickly.
My only recommendation would be for Air Conditioning to be installed in at least one of the bedrooms. In the height of Summer having just one unit in the lounge means the two upper bedrooms can become uncomfortably hot. This did not detract from our overall complete satisfaction.
I would return to the villa, and may well do next year!

Very clean and comfortable
The villa was ideal for our stay. It was in a quiet neighbourhood but only a short walk from shops and bars. Everything that we needed to start our holiday was provided. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were beautiful and the communal pool was lovely. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating especially when we took a wrong turn from the airport and arrived very much later than planned. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to this area.

Fantastic time had by all. Lovely accommodation clean tidy and everything you would need. Would have given you five stars if the pool was open .
The pool is just across the lane , shops and restaurants 5 mins away and plenty to choose from.
David couldn't have been more helpfull . Top marks for him very professional and a pleasure to have met the man.
When I do return I would hire a car so we could see more of the surrounding area.

This is a good clean, well maintained property close to all amenities. We were met by the owner who rang us to make sure we were OK. Nothing was too much trouble. Satellite TV and WiFi made it feel like home from home.

The property is about a 10 minute drive to the La Marina beach which is one of the best beaches on the Costa. Numerous other beaches including a secluded naturalist beach are within a 15 min. drive. The local beach slopes very gently out to sea and is very safe for supervised young children. It has a large Spanish cafe and a beachcomber's bar. Deck chairs and sun shades for hire as well as a climbing frame for everyone to use. The sand dunes behind the beach offer secluded shade.
Alicante airport is about 25-30 minutes drive from the property.
Car hire is not essential but recommended. For non-drivers, we can arrange transport to/from the airport and for any other visits to local attractions and places of interest.
The coastal towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar are a short drive away, with Elche and Alicante, both about 25 minutes drive away, well worth a visit. Weekly markets are held in all local towns and villages, with the Saturday Almoradi market being a popular favorite.
If you visit during the celebration of the Moors and Christians festivals in Guardamar or Almoradi, these are a must to see.
There are a number of Water Attractions within a short drive as well as Pola Amusement Park
The property is in a quiet residential area close to several bars and restaurants, bank and shops including a supermarket and pharmacy. Many of the properties are occupied by full time residents so consequently it is not a noisy, rowdy area. There is a communal swimming pool, only available to residents and visitors, within a minutes’ walk of the property. Car hire is recommended but there is a bus service from the commercial centre to many villages and towns.
Additional information about rental rates
The property is available for long lets during the winter months at £420 per month including utilities. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are allowed. An additional departure cleaning charge will be made and an additional security deposit will be required. Changeover Day: Although we prefer Saturday changeovers, we are flexible on this if the villa is available.The villa is available from 4pm and departure time is 10am.We will always be flexible on this where we can to meet flight times and can store luggage if necessary.
