From the villa there are superb views of the surrounding mountains and adjacent woodlands and countryside. Guests can relax in the secluded pool area, cooking on the outdoor bbq with Al Fresco dining under a large covered shaded area overlooking the pool. The villa is located only a 12 minutes drive from the coastal town of Javea and its beaches and its picturesque old town and a 14 minute drive from the secluded port town of Moraira with its secluded beaches and restaurants. If you want something a little more energetic there are superb walks from the villa through vineyards and woodland.

About Barbara and Tony
The property is owned by three siblings who would like to offer the beauty and serenity of the property to others. This is the first time they have rented this property and are looking forward to offering enjoyable holidays to guests. As the owners live far from Spain the property is managed by their friends Barbara and Tony who living nearby will be able to assist and help if required.

Why Barbara and Tony chose Jávea
Why this location? The Javea area, Marina Alta, is a beautiful area which has everything to offer from the numerous street markets and bodegas not only in Javea and Moraira but also those of Teulada and Jalon. The mountain parks from Mt Go to Sierra de Bernia plus the beaches of Javea and Moraira as well as the numerous secluded beaches along the coast to the water and theme parks and night life of Benidorm. There is something on offer to all ages of our families. On a practical note, the area also offers all the necessary facilities from the modern shopping complexes to the new hospital facilities in Denia. Javea is a fantastic part of Spain to visit and we hope you enjoy this area as much as we do.

Absolutely lovely villa .. We have 3 children and they loved it here - the villa is very nice, it is in a nice quiet area, close to the beach at Arenel which is highly recommended, and the swimming pool is great!
The Villa is in great condition and we would definitely come back here again, highly recommended!
One of the best villas we've stayed in
This villa is spacious, clean and like home from home. Barbara and Tony are very on the ball from the first point of contact until the end of your stay. The villa is situated in the hills above the golf course with a local supermarket within a 5 minute drive. It is around 10 - 15 minutes away from the local beach. There are plenty of great restaurants in javea and our favourite was El Gaucho. We cannot fault this villa at all and would have no qualms about staying here in the future.
The villa is located a 12 minute drive from Javea the town is split into three parts. The arenal beach is best known for its clean blue flag sandy beach with children's play areas and many sea front restaurants. The port is still a working harbour where you can watch the locally caught fish being landed as well as a yacht marina. It too has superb waterfront restaurants overlooking the bay. The old town of Javea is unspoilt with picturesque streets, churches indoor market and museum.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are just over 1 hours drive away. Both have good motorway connections to the E15/AP7 motorway. Public transport is not good, most car hire companies offer a collection an return service from these airports. Benniconnect run a local minibus service from Alicante airport. We recommend use of a car hire for your stay.
The village of Benitachell with a large supermarket is just a 3 minute drive away but can be walked in 20 minutes. Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away with its waterpark, theme park, safari park, indoor shopping complex and Benidorm Palace for shows and a meal.

Booking Notes: A 25% initial deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival, also a £200 returnable security breakage deposit is required Changeover Day: The changeover day is flexible and does not need to be on a Saturday. Normal departure times will be 10.00 a.m. an arrival time of 4.00 p.m. however this can be flexible depending on other bookings made prior and after your booking dates. Notes on prices: Winter prices do not include the price of gas heating. This will be charged on what you use.
