About Marylene Delbourg-Delphis
I am a serial tech entrepreneur.
Marylene Delbourg-Delphis purchased this House in 1994
Why Marylene Delbourg-Delphis chose Pebble Beach
For over twenty years, this home has been my getaway from my hectic schedule as a tech entrepreneur in Silicon Valley where I could unwind with my daughter Sophie, now 27, who is an opera singer living in Brooklyn, NY.
What makes this House unique
Unobstructed view on the Ocean from everywhere - even when you are in the kitchen cooking. Open floor plan for wonderful social gatherings and yet ultimate privacy (full bath for each bedroom, personal TVs). Wonderful walks along the shore as well as to the restaurants of Spanish Bay.

Perfect rental for 4 couples. Great kitchen and porch. Owner could not have been more attentive.
Stunning view wonderful locaton
What a beautiful rental! Marylene was so warm and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!
We needed 4 bedrooms ensuite for 4 couples having a reunion after 32 years! We had trouble finding properties, then we saw Marylene's. It had everything we wanted -- ocean view, close to interesting sightseeing, close to restaurants and stores. My friend from Australia kept saying how she could move in and stay forever. This tells how comfortable everyone was. We feel very fortunate that Marylene's property was available and we were able to enjoy it for a wonderful week.
Michael the property manager met us at the property, then Marylene called the next day (even though she was in France at the time) to make sure everything was okay. We were all impressed with how attentive the owner and manager were to us. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking in the Pebble Beach area!
Great Monterey Views!
Very well located home with great views of golf and shore!
Thrilled to Return!
We missed the house and the view so much that we returned for the second time this year! Seven of us were more than comfortable in this fully equipped, beautifully furnished home. We love the sparkling and colorful original tile in the bathrooms.
The kitchen has been nicely updated. We cooked most of our meals there. One night we bought a bucket of cioppino from Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, came home and had an easy and delicious dinner. Another night, we grilled meat on the patio BBQ.
Some of us golfed at the Pacific Grove Municipal course and at Del Monte. We hiked at Point Lobos and visited the Whalers Cabin Museum. We shopped in Carmel and loved Marylene's favorite, Jean de Luz on Dolores.
One of our friends tripped during a hike and broke her wrist. She received prompt and excellent care at the Community Hospital, just a 10-minute drive from the house.
Thank you again, Marylene, for sharing your wonderful home!
Beautiful a must visit location in California. 17 mile and Monterey ca.
Very nice and beautiful location . Real impressed.
Pebble Beach is at the heart of the Monterey Peninsula and offers a vast range of attractions and activity for travelers: it's a paradise for golfers, a paradise for kids (beaches. Monterey Aquarium, horseback riding etc...). Great shopping opportunities everywhere (Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel). Great wine tasting (Carmel Valley). A rich history (Monterey was the first capital of California) and lots of great historical houses and monuments. Great walks and hiking capabilities (Jack's Peak, Big Sur). Multiple sites provide lists of what to do in the Monterey Peninsula. Lots of books are available in the house to assist you!
