Small but comfy and very clean
We loved the place. It was very well maintained with a prime location. The owner was very flexible and easy going. The trailer is in a gated property (very safe) It was perfect for us.
That is clean and good service
The is close to the beach, and to the downtown. El Malecón,
Really comfortable, less than a block from the beach.
Great restored airstream trailer with outdoor patio
Host are very freidly and good at communicating , and getting you to the place. Its a 5 min drive from the main drag and on a private quiet street. The compound has 4 restored clasic trailers , behind a wall and lockung gate. Each has a private fenced patio, so it feels un crowded and private.
The decor is great, traiker was very clean and appointed. the host has done a nice job. And the bed was very comfortable.
Wi-fi was a bit spotty for me. Worked great for a period. Then nada. Host re-set, then seemed ok. Nice Flat screen tv , with a dish. I couldnt figure it out, so i gave up and used wi-fi. Good resturants in town. People very friendly.
Truly an Oasis in the Heart of San Felipe!
My wife, Dog and I spent Labor Day weekend in this perfectly restored 68 Airstream, and really enjoyed it. It had everything we needed, located across the street from a very nice beach. There a total of 3 antique and unique trailers on the property, and one bungalow that was quite large, probably better suited for a family. The property is gated, and very secure, with the owners Mike & Gail living across the street. You have a 10 minute walk into town. Trailers have everything you need, with exception of a stove. I believe there was a grill outside, but with the town so close, why spend your time cooking, and doing dishes. Great food is to be had in town or along the main road leading into town. You will not go hungry or thirsty for that matter. The owners Mike & Gail are very nice, hard working people and have really done a Great job in carving out their own slice of heaven! If your looking for a place in San Felipe that provides a unique experience, that is comfortable, clean, and away from the crowds, I highly recommend this place. Make sure you love the one your with, as these are tight quarters. We are looking forward to our next visit. Enjoy!
We didn't want to leave!
Thanks Gail and Mike! The "trailer" was perfect! Walled and gated, we always felt secure and it was very peaceful. 800ft and a staircase from the beach, we can't imagine having found a better place to stay. The walk to the Malecon was less than 10 minutes. Perfect, perfect, perfect! Also, Mike, the empanadas on our last morning were DELICIOUS!
We'll surely be back- the tide charts look good for August!
