The perfect central townhouse
We had an amazing stay in this house. We had everything we needed, the decor is beautiful throughout and found the land lady to be super helpful. The central location was perfect for us, close to the beach, lots of bakeries and nice restaurants, but also set back enough to be a quiet escape. Highly recommended this property.

Enjoyed our stay !! Loved everything, just two suggestions for improvement ; new mattress for the double bed ; sort out leaking shower.
Note that access to car parking space is very limited !! Large SUV drivers beware.
Thank you for your suggestions. I am very surprised about the king size bed mattress as it is almost new. The shower was designed to be walk in so does flow over the edges onto the floor sometimes. Sorry about that.
Wonderful week in a perfect house
The property is perfectly appointed for the town and the beach but is also quiet. We came by train and it is an easy walk from the station. The house is immaculate with a cute courtyard garden perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. Linda the owner is super responsive and Mike the housekeeper is next door if you need to know anything. We loved it and intend to come back as the house is a brilliant base to explore Penzance and its surrounds. Thanks Linda and of course Mike!

Clean, well maintained and very comfortable.
We love a clean, neat and uncluttered property and this was just right for us. Maybe a little more information regarding the locking of the front door and changing the temperature of the heating could be included. Overall, though, it was a fabulous property and we considered it our "home" while in Penzance. Many thanks for sharing your home Linda.

The house is well positioned to explore the countryside and beaches of the Lands End Peninsular. The Minack theatre is just 20mins away. Newlyn, Mousehole and Marazion are a short drive from the property.
Newquay airport is 33 miles away and Lands End airport (for flights to the Isles of Scilly) is 9 miles away. The house is a 10 minute walk from Penzance railway station.

The house is surrounded by a wealth of boutiques, pubs, restaurants and galleries. Morrab gardens and Penlee Park are peaceful places to walk to with sub-tropical plants. Newlyn Art Gallery is also only a short flat walk away.

Booking Notes: To make an enquiry please send an email or call the owner. We ask for a 25 percent non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking with the balance to be paid 3 weeks before your stay. An additional £100 refundable security deposit is also required. Changeover Day: The changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time after 3pm and please vacate by 10am.
