Beautifully presented barn with all the bits and bobs you could need for an easy short stay
Lovely stay at the little barn with all the amenities you need, warm and comfortable the whole time. Thoughtful touches such as the breakfast options in the morning in the fridge and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower.
It was very small no washing machine no dish washer. And at this price very expensive.
Good location internet poor had to keep going up the pub for connection.abit frustrating. Based on six other locations we stayed at around the country it was the smallest and the most expensive.
Very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated with lovely attention to detail
A peaceful setting within a lovely garden. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast is well presented with a huge bowl of fresh fruit. Delicious! Clean and well provided. All the extra touches make this place memorable. I was staying alone for a business trip and felt safe and relaxed. It was like being on holiday! Worth every penny! Thank you
A beautiful and tranquil spot to relax and enjoy. Convenient for Airshow at Duxford and Cambridge
This cottage is packed with the essentials and a beautiful garden and private little terrace to enjoy. Although a ‘tight fit’ it has been cleverly designed with top quality bedding and furnishings and folding shutter doors for shade and air. The small touches were much appreciated like supplies of milk, cereals, mineral water and of course hot pastries and a pot of hot coffee delivered each morning in a basket at door. Thank you Verity !
Thank you Sally. Pleasure to have you both to stay. Verity
Gorgeous, well-appointed little barn. Quiet, relaxing and charming.
Beautiful accommodation located just 8 miles from Cambridge in the delightful quiet village of Orwell.Compact but really well fitted out rooms. An ingenious use of space. Superb hand crafted breakfasts by a very thoughtful host. Every detail, including fresh fruit salad, a selection of croissants and local jams, with freshly brewed coffee delivered to your door every morning by a welcoming host. It was an easy walk to the local village pub and a straightforward short drive to the Park and Rides for Cambridge.
Small but perfectly formed
The property is tucked away beside the owner 's property so you feel well looked after. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are top notch. The only thing missing is a sitting area inside for poor weather. Everything is fitted out so you can be independent with catering however the breakfast delivered to your door each morning in a basket has been well thought out. The quality of the linen and towel is exactly as you would expect for this quality of property. Altogether a lovely 2 night stay.
