Bungalow in Broadsands, Nr. Brixham, South Devon, England - Peaceful Location, 5 Minutes Walk to the Beach
About Sarah Garghouti
We are a family of 5 and have owned the Lookout since 2013 and totally refurbishing it in 2014. We make several visits each year. Our young children love Broadsands beach, crabbing in nearby Stoke Gabriel and all the local activities in Torbay and we love the South Devon Coastal path and visiting the villages and resorts in The South Hams.
Sarah Garghouti purchased this Bungalow in 2013
Why Sarah Garghouti chose Paignton
It is perfectly located in the middle of South Devon between the South Hams villages of Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and the lively resorts of Goodrington, Brixham & Torquay meaning rain or shine there is always something to do!

Brilliant home away from home
Despite the weather we had a fantastic time. Views were stunning, 5 mins walk to the beach, brixham a few mins drive away. The house is well stocked with everything you could need and super child friendly. Thanks again!
The Lookout was lovely bright, clean & very roomy . Only problem for me was Couldn't get used to the light bedroom curtains because we are used to blackouts . Waking up too early , Otherwise couldn't fault it . Lovely view, didn't want to leave & would love to stay again next year !
Wonderful house, wonderful view
We had very happy days with our grandchildren in this well and new equipped house.
Wonderful home from Home
A lovely comfortable, very well equipped house with splendid views over the bay. Very central location to walk to the beach or downs. Loads of other places nearby to visit by car. A perfect break.
Beautiful location and views; spacious property perfect for our needs. We had a fabulous week.
We had a excellent time in this modern house. It had everything you need and more. You could spend hours just relaxing in the big living room enjoying the view. Just a 5 min walk from broadsands beach and trail system. We will be back again.
Broadsands beach is easily approached (500m) down a public footpath which leads from the road above to the beach. The Marine Conservation Good Beach Guide lists Broadsands Beach amongst its top recommended beaches Elberry cove is an idyllic, pretty pebble beach with beautiful clear water. It can be reached by a footpath from the house that goes though a field or two.
