The property has views of the mountains from the patio. It is a typical Spanish villa annex, and is detached and private. Wifi free. Quiet location, only 2 mins walk to beach and restaurants. The property consists of 1 double bedroom with a King double bed and another room with a double bed. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. All rooms have ceiling fans. The property is larger than the usual Spanish 1 bed. with a lovely patio.

Why Alan Alfonso chose Benalmádena

Benalmadena Costa is definitely the most fun place to be at any time of the year. 2 min walking from the beach. Located in very quit area but very near bars, restaurants, etc. 10 minutes from the airport. It is a very nice location if you want to visit Malaga City (20 min by train); Cordoba (1 hour by car); Granada (1,5 hours by car), etc.

The combination of a very quite area but at the same time your have not time to be buried: a lot of restaurants, the beach very near, aquarium, sportive port, very nice typical andalusian town, montains very near...

Convenient location Wonderful Terrace

Just had our second enjoyable visit to Villa Suenos. We find the location very convenient and quiet. Bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. The terrace gets sun nearly all day and the sunbeds are a bonus. The Wifi is extremely reliable and the shopping trolley makes the visit to the supermarket easy. The host Alain is very helpful and thoughtful as he thought we were arriving late on Sunday he left us water cheese grapes and biscuits. The apartment is old Spanish style. The bedroom and bathroom are good size, lounge and kitchen adequate as we spent most of our time on the terrace. We hope to visit again.

This wee villa is in the best location and our host Alain was lovely very friendly and always happy to help. We spent an amazing 3 weeks here and did not want to leave.

A lovely place to stay, nice and quiet. Close to buses, shops, restaurants, supermarket and sea front. We had a lovely time. The only problem was the gas had been turned off which Alan soon fixed and we could not get any tv due to sat. receiver problem. It was nice just for a change with no tv and reading books. Thank you Alan for letting us use your villa

Nice little apartment great location

Lovely little apartment & owner David was great with communications from the start .

My friend & I rented this for 3 nights & your central to everything ie beach , bars , restaurant, bus service & train , nothing was to much trouble for David such I nice man . We ate out all the time so didn't use cooker or washing machine or TV only kettle, the kichen was a nice size & had a big fridge freezer , the was bathroom was a great size & towels were provided, bedroom was a nice size with a big fitted wardrobe but living room a bit small but fine for us for 3 nights the patio area was great & big we sat & chill with a coffee in morning or beer late afternoon . I only small problem was 1 of the plugs in bedroom was broken so I say not safe & you have a thing going on with the water heater you have to unplug it when using kettle ect but you must remember to plug it back in other wise the tank dosent stay hot or heat up & I had to get a very cold shower but wasent a problem for us ..... I would stay here again & recommend to family & friends & thank you David it was a pleasure meeting you .

wasnt to happy

the property was ok but very standard needs updating. we did come back a few days early because of the constant noise of the work what was going on in the next block the constant drilling i did message the owner about this whilst i was there but he didnt even reply same with the internet that wasnt working but no reply so overall wasnt best pleased when you have payed all that money

Owner's Response: Dear Darren; these two thinks are out of my control. The neighbord start to make works and I cant stop it. I asked him to reduce the noise and dont disturb you. As you see we had very strong storms during two days and internet was not available. I called the company the same day and it was re connected in 72 hours. Really sorry for the inconvenience. I try that all my guests have a beautifull holydays in my house.

The beach is a 2 min walk and is close to Castle Bil Bil. With restaurants on the beach.


We don't recommend having a car, as the local transport is very reliable and cheap. Also, most facilities are within walking distance. Malaga airport is a 20 min drive.


The village of Arroyo De La Miel is a 20 min walk.

Further Details:

Paloma Park is a 10 min walk, it has a Wednesday Car boot sale. Also we are very close to Selwo Dolphin Marina.

Puerto Marina is 25 min stroll along the beach.
