The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.

The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a hard day´s sightseeing or shopping and has many good tapas bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also has a well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook.

Lovely flat, great location.
The flat combines a very good location for visiting the tourist attractions of Seville with outdoor space for relaxing afterwards. There are lots of eating places nearby and a good little supermarket. The flat itself was clean & comfortable & the lift was a godsend!

Nice enough apartment
Lift broke on arrival and luggage was stuck inside, really, really glad it wasn't us inside. Guy came and got luggage out but after being told it was our fault from Diana, it left a sour taste. Lift never got fixed during our 4 day stay after being told it would. Bed was very comfortable and the outside space was decent but not spectacular.
One thing that disappointed us was the severe lack of toilet paper and the fact that the toilet had a bar of soap and not a dispenser. Do you really expect us to use a bar of soap after someone else?
We also agree that the shower could have been cleaner.
The apartment was nice enough but could have been much better.

Nice apartment but not as good as last time
The apartment is central and convenient, absolutely fine for a week. The owner is helpful and the flat had just been painted. We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the shower and the main lounge was dusty. The crockery, cutlery and pans could do with an upgrade as could the sofa and outdoor cushions. During a thunderstorm the roof leaked into the bathroom through the light. I would stay again if the flat was spring cleaned and improvements were made. I left a full note for the owner.
We spent four days in this really lovely apartment. Diana, the host, met us at the property and gave us all the information we required for our stay. The apartment is very centrally located for exploring all the areas of Seville on foot with excellent Tapas bars and restaurants nearby. There are also two excellent supermarkets very near.
The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed by lift. The fixtures and fittings are of high quality, as is the decoration. The twin beds are extremely comfortable and the bedroom is very quiet. The outdoor space is brilliant for relaxing after a day of sight seeing (also for breakfast and Al Fresco dining). The canvas awning is also an excellent addition when the heat of the day becomes too much! there is a also the rooftop sun terrace for sun bathing if required. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower room is also of high quality with robust fittings. Air conditioning is both in the bedroom and the lounge. Diana has paid great attention to detail and everything works!. We had a brilliant stay in this fabulous bright and airy apartment in the centre of this beautiful city. If you are looking for a perfect location for a holiday in Seville then look no further!

Fabulous location in Central seville
Location of the apartment is perfect with most historical sites a 15 minute walk away. It's a 30 minute walk from the station or 10 euros in a taxi. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants very close.
The apartment has most things you need to self cater including a dishwasher. It is relatively small but perfectly fine for 2 people. However if you have long hair take your own hairdryer! The terraces are fantastic! Both have lovely views over the rooftops of seville, the one leading from the lounge has a lovely shady area to enjoy dinner and a glass or 2,the roof terrace has 2 sun loungers where you can soak up some sun. The beds were comfy but the sofa is probably the most uncomfortable I've sat on!
There is a lift directly to the 3rd floor into the apartment, which is a must if you have heavy luggage. Sadly it wasn't working the day we arrived but was fixed during our stay. This was apparently something that happened every now and then.
In summary I'd definitely recommend this apartment and would stop again.
