• Notes on accommodation: The house has been designed to make the most of the stunning views and therefore most of the rooms enjoy breathtaking views of the loch and the surrounding hills. All the reception rooms on the ground floor open out on to the main patio. Bedrooms 1 and 3 also boast small balconies and Bedroom 5 has its own small terrace. There are tables and chairs on the balconies, terrace and patio to allow you to take breakfast or enjoy a glass or wine outside gazing out over the loch. All the rooms have been furnished to a high standard and there is a range art by mostly Scottish artists on the walls to further enhance the ambience. The house is centrally heated by means of an air source heat pump and there is a wood burning stove in the main lounge for during the winter. With each of the bedrooms having its own en-suite, individual guests are afforded a welcome degree of privacy and the 2 sitting rooms and games room mean that large parties do not need to be on top of one another. Outside: The house sits on its own estate of some 60 acres. There is a patio directly in front of the house with a table, 10 chairs and a barbecue. There is a range of garden furniture. It is a 2 minute walk to the shingle beach directly in front of the house; a private, sheltered, sandy cove is a short stroll away. The local wildlife are a particular feature of the local area and deer are often seen directly outside the house. Utility Room: Siemens washing machine, Siemens tumble dryer, Belfast sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen for each guest included. Cleaning prior to arrival and at the end of the stay; cleaning mid-way through the holiday for guests booking a two-week stay.
