Perfect location .
Very good value and fantastic location.
We were an extended family of 9. We enjoyed our stay very much, everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the great location and large dining room table which easlily seated 13. The front door tended to jam when trying to push open.

spacious clean and comfortable house, in quiet road, one minutes walk from the high street
excellent base for a very enjoyable stay in Southwold.
lovely house in a great location
We are a family of 5 and stayed for 2 nights. The house is in a perfect location for exploring Southwold, at the end of the high street. 5 minute walk to the shops and 10/15 minutes to the beach. The house is very spacious and yes some of it could do with updating/modernising but we found it clean and the perfect home for our short holiday.
A lovely old house, much nicer than the photos on the sight. Great location!
