The apartment is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The building was built in the 1860's, yet the interior is very modern and attractive. The apartment has a private entrance located on the ground floor. The building has 4 sets of wood shutters that can be opened to allow tons of natural light to filter in. The ceilings are very high, and the bedroom and kitchen are very large as well. The apartment is furnished with one queen sized bed, two couches that convert to queen size beds, one chair that converts to a twin bed, and two air mattresses if needed.

Great, quiet but central location convenient to St. Charles trolley and buses.

We would definitely book here again. So convenient! We used the adjoining garage option,which was wonderful due to mobility issues. It is very secure and you walk directly into apartment. The washer/dryer access was great, and many items available that we didn't have to purchase. Reggie made sure we were taken care of. Great place!

Great location with lots of roominess inside the unit.

Start your day by opening the 12 foot foot shutters along the side of the unit and bask in the daylight of the city of New Orleans. Close the shutters at night and absorb the feeling of privacy and security. The unit is well situated in the warehouse district. Nestled in close to the WWII Museum, the Civil War Museum, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Centre for the Performing Arts. One block from the St. Charles streetcar which can take you for an unforgettable ride traversing around Lee Circle and then under magnificent oak trees as you pass beautiful old established estate homes and the Tulane and Loyola university district out to Audubon Park and the Zoo. Back to the unit which has a full kitchen and a very homey feel, large living room and bed room with lots of closet space. From the unit it is a short 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars on Magazine or Tchoupitoulas streets and from there another 10 minutes or less to Canal St. and the French quarter. 15 minute walk to the Superdome, Rouse's supermarket and don't miss an incredible breakfast at Willa Jeans.

Need help with anything? Reggie is your guy. Easily accessible and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Thanks again Reggie, had a great stay. Will see you again next time we visit the Big Easy.

A nice location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a spacious 1BR/1BA apartment with nice new appliances. It could use a few rugs to absorb sound inside the apartment, otherwise the furnishings are adequate. We were impressed with how responsive Reggie and his staff were when we had any questions or issues. The apartment is close to museums, some nice restaurants and a coupe blocks from the trolley. We walked everywhere and getting to the French Quarter was just a 20-minute walk.
