Great, convenient location!
Clean and comfortable rental for 4! We stayed a month and could have stayed longer. Very affordable and convenient to almost anything (since it's centrally located on the island). Walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaurants, fitness center, drugstore, etc. Has a large quiet pool and pavillion which comes in handy for cooking / eating outside. Have stayed here a lot over many years!!!!!
Great location and rental unit
My family of 4 stayed in Nina's rental in March, this was a great location, a clean and very roomy unit. Nina was fabulous to deal with and accomodated all our requests. It's walking distance to a grocery store (right side the unit) and it's across the street from the beach. The complex has a great pool and hot tub and a few BBQ's for the guests to share. The unit is extremely affordable as well.
I would definately recommend this location and can't wait to stay here again.
Excellent Location and Superb Service
This was the second year that we spent part of our winter in this condo–this year four weeks. We have already booked here for next year. First, the location is great. Though you have no ocean view, you have a view of the garden and pool area. The beach is a mere 50 yards away. Times grocery, Long's, and several restaurants are within an EASY walk. Nina and Bob are owners who live a good portion of the year on island and address any issues you have immediately. To top it off, they are very friendly and want your vacation experience to be the best possible. Here is a portion of an email we sent Nina this year, "Both Jan and I would like to thank you for the recent upgrades in the condo. We are thoroughly enjoying the new TV (41") with Netflix and Amazon options. The old TV in the bedroom is an added plus, the sound being much better due to the smaller space. Of course, the new faucet in the lower bathroom is another plus. The lights underneath the counter are especially liked by Jan. . . Jan is thinking of buying some for our home. If you don't mind telling us, where did you purchase them? Also, thank you for the hiking map. We probably won't use it until next year. . . We have always appreciated the quickness in which you address any requests we make and your concern for our comfort."
Another Great Stay in Kihei
Huge thanks to Nina for putting everything together so quickly for our stay after our planned accommodations fell through at the last minute. Have stayed at Kihei Garden Estates several times now and it always proves to be a good choice. Unit was of course clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely return.
Kihei Garden Estates sits conveniently behind Times Market (Kihei Road), and next to Azeka Shopping Center. Due to its location, it is a quiet combination of residents and vacationers.
