Over promised and underdelivered

4 senior executives staying in the house. Don't be fooled by the pictures. the interior of the property was not very clean particularly the bedrooms and bathrooms. Obviously the place hadn't been cleaned properly. there was hair strands in the bedrooms on the floor and surfaces. A little or should I say rather large "present" left in the master bedroom toilet. The house was incredibly hot when we arrived and after searching for over an hour for the key for the rear French doors to try an open them to get some air in no luck. we called the letting agents who promised action.... still waiting. after countless calls and emails - all promising action... nothing. false promises. so we had a 4 night stay with no air flow through the lower floor. how lovely it would've been to use thew outdoor space and get some air in the house. Not only that the locked French doors presented a very bad fire hazard. if there had been a fire the only way out the rear of the house was locked. Grenfel towers was in view if the house and this was a stark reminder. despite myself and my co directors contacting Veeve, the letting agents, no action nor follow up was offered nor any help. reconsider your choice here.

Great vacation home

The house is very pleasant, bright and with lots of room for relaxing and play --if you travel with your children, the back garden and views from the room were really great and peaceful. The location is good, very residential. The house is close to a playground, 1 block away from a small supermarket, 3 blocks from public transport and 15-20m walk to the heart of Notting Hill. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if traveling in a big group or a big family
