Spacious living area (larger than most) seats up to eight . Kitchen with full-size dining room. Extra large table sits six comfortably. Bar area seats three additional people. Kitchen/dining: Fully furnished kitchen with Breakfast bar area. Totally furnished: Refrigerator with ice maker, stove and microwave.

Equipped with eight place settings. (Plates, cups, glasses, bowls, saucers and utensils.) Complete set of cookware. Small appliances include: Coffee Pot, toaster, blender and can opener. Large dining table . Six chairs. Bar area includes additional seating for three.

Living Area: Extra large living room furnished with queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. Seats up to eight .


Beds/Baths: Sleeps six people. Master bedroom with queen bed. Three large dressers and full closet. Private entrance to deck area. Adjoining master bath. Second bedroom includes two twin beds. Large dresser and closet. Guess bath is a full bath ,includes large vanity , countertop area , and shower. An additional Outside shower with hot and cold water located on the lower level.

Large upper deck includes table with four chairs, two sitting chairs and two rockers to relax in. Total seating of eight .

Lower level includes six chairs. Parking for three vehicles.

Great location on Dead End Street, perfect for small children riding bicycles, playing ball etc.

Cleaning: Cleaning products including vacuum are provided for you to clean at your departure. In the event the unit has not been cleaned a portion of your deposit will be withheld to pay for a cleaning service.

YOU MUST BRING: Your own linens (sheets, towels etc...) Bath Soaps, Paper Products including toilet paper and paper towels.

All guests must register with Ocean Lakes upon arrival and obtain a Parking Pass. This pass is $3 per day, per vehicle. This fee is paid directly to Ocean Lakes.

Wonderful home away from home

Our family absolutely loves this rental , we would not consider staying elsewhere. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of five, we have stayed in this house for four years. We have already gotten our week scheduled for 2017 .

June Clark has gone out if her way to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. We can not thank the Clark's enough for all they do and the beautiful property. Connie Wilson

Wonderful House and Pleasant owners

We found this house last minute and when I contacted the owner and she was great to work with. The house was clean and cultely decorated when we arrived and was the perfect size for us. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs, lot of sitting space for company- which was a good thing because we had family and friends staying nearby and we had the room for all of us to sit and eat and play card games. We loved the big porch with the bistro set and the rocking chairs. A lovely place to eat breakfast in the morning and wind down in the evening. We had a fantastic time and definitely reccommend this house or any of the Owners homes in Ocean Lakes.

Excellent home for a family getaway! Beautifully decorated and feels like "home". The Clarks are easy to work with and made the rental process go smoothly. Will definitely be back :)

Couples Getaway

My husband and two of our adult friends have stayed at this unit several times. The home is always clean, nicely decorated, and has all the supplies needed to keep it that way. We love having access to the golf cart, sitting on the large porch having breakfast, and just hanging out after a long day in the sunshine. The owner/manager, June, is absolutely wonderful to work with . the reservation process is always seamless and we have run into no difficulties whatsoever. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

My family stayed at this house from 6/29/13-7/6/13 and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and decorated very nice. The owners were great to work with and the house was exactly as advertised. We hope to stay here annually.
