Totnes is an easy going place of life in a historical market town full of interesting places.
Promoting itself as an alternative living, Totnes has been voted the 7th most pleasing town in England for living, it has a great choice of restaurants, cafes and tea rooms offering the famous Devon Cream Teas.
The cottage is located in a quiet street close to the town centre and the river Dart. In addition, the cottage is near to 2 supermarkets, and Totnes railway station is a 10 minute walk. There is also a very good bus service to all the adjoining towns including Plymouth and Exeter.
Places of interest are numerous but within 1 hour drive including Dartmouth, Exeter, Plymouth, Newton Abbot, as well as Dartmoor.
Totnes is easily accessed by car M5 from London, the Midlands and Wales. Airporys include Exeter Airport (25 Miles) and Bristol Airport (70 m
