Lovely quiet semi detached house, well equipped.
This is a lovely home for a family break. Well equipped with everything we needed, including groceries such as milk, coffee and bread. Also nice personal touches such as sweets and prosecco! Easy walking distance of the beautiful harbour and nice base to explore Fife. Neighbourhood very quiet too.
Very good property and location
Very nice property and comfortable beds. House had everything needed for a stay. Gail the owner was there to meet us, she She was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the welcome goods. Very good location. Approximately 5 minutes walk down to harbour, where there is a good selection of restaurants. The Bank was one of our favourites. Great location for exploring other areas of the Fife coast. Would definitely book again.
Clean and comfortable accommodation in a lovely location.
A wonderfully clean and comfortable house within walking distance of the sea front, shops and restaurants. Owner Gail was very welcoming and helpful especially with directions to help us maximise our three day golfing trip in and around Anstruther. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Scotland.
Fantastic stay-great owners
Really enjoyed this place. The owners made us feel right at home, with a nice welcoming basket of treats. The place is really nice, and a short distance from town. Perfect for exploring the charming town of Anstruther. You can also catch the bus to St Andrews very nearby. So much to see and do, and the fish monger is just a ten minute walk from the home. The fish and seafood are so fresh. The owner Gail was really helpful and easy to communicate with. If you are thinking of taking a holiday in Anstruther I would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the little villages by walking between them by the Fife CoastalPath
We got a very warm welcome on a beautiful sunny day from both Kenny and Gail. The extra touches were lovely and the goodies were a real treat.
The house was an ideal base for visiting places in Fife either by car or public transport. It was a great relaxing place to stay. Would be happy to recommend it.
The location of this house is an ideal base to enjoy the award winning beaches and try the many water based activities on offer. Boat trips to the Isle of May leave from Anstruther harbour daily in high season and offer an opportunity to see lots of sea life and birds.
For those who enjoy walking there are many lovely walks including the Fife coastal path.
Edinburgh airport is about 90 minutes by car and Dundee regional airport is 45 minutes away.
The local villages of Crail, Pittenweem with it's Art Festival, St Monans and Elie with it's stunning beach are all only a few minutes away by car or accessible on foot via the coastal path.
The Scottish Fisheries museum is beside the harbour in Anstruther close to the award winning fish & chip shop.
The Secret Bunker, Kellie Castle and St Andrews are all easily accessible by car.

For stays starting within 28 days of the date of booking, the full amount is payable upon booking. A £100 security deposit is also required, which is refunded, usually within 5 days, upon return of keys and a satisfactory check of the house. Changeover days are Saturdays unless an alternative is agreed in advance. Arrival after 1500 and departure by 1000.
