About Anna Finey
We bought this apartment as a holiday home/weekend getaway after enjoying some short stays in Cowes. We live in Surrey with our 2 children and Black Labrador. Year Purchased; 2009, remodelled 2010 We love coming to the flat but cannot get over as often as we would like, so are opening up the flat so others may enjoy it and all that Cowes and the Isle of Wight has to offer. We use the flat for weekend getaways, summer holidays, and a base for festivals. As we use the apartment, the facilities in the apartment are extensive providing home from home experience
Anna Finey purchased this Apartment in 2009
Why Anna Finey chose Cowes
We bought in Cowes as there is always something going on, and there are excellent transport links to the Mainland, for a quick weekend away, use the Red Jet from Southampton to Cowes, and with the amenities in Cowes there is no need to go elsewhere. or alternatively use the Red funnel or Wightlink car ferries offering very regular sailings. We chose this apartment due to the views and space available, we had it extensively remodeled in 2010, including having soundproofing put in between us and the flat downstairs, moving the kitchen to the middle of the flat so we can enjoy the views and converting the loft space to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The facilities are extensive, and offers great space, whether for a couple or small group of people or a larger family.
What makes this Apartment unique
Convenience to Cowes centre, Walking - Seaside walks, country walks Sailing Facilities - UKSA sailing courses Enjoying the ambiance of the Sailing events Unique view of the cruise ships leaving Southampton and the many tanker/ container ships going in and out of Southampton
Lovely spacious, comfortable, modern and well equipped flat with stunning views of the Harbour.
A very enjoyable holiday had by all the family!. The flat is in such a great location... Facilities are great and we all had a good rest!!. We loved watching the ferry's and cruise ships go by every day!.
Their is such a fantastic range of shops, restaurants and coffee shops etc 'All on the doorstep'.
Had some enjoyable games of tennis at 'Northwood park' which is fairly near to the flat.
Enjoyed days out at Sandown, Shanklin, Ryde and Yarmouth. Visited Osborne House and Carisbrook Castle.
Went on a boat trip from Ryde around 'The Needles' which was 'amazing'!!.
I would highly recommend this holiday flat in Cowes 'So much to offer'. We would love to come back again.
'A holiday with all the right ingredients'!!!.

Many Thanks for making our visit a good one.
Great property in brilliant location
Loved our short stay here. First time we have stayed in Cowes and would definitely return. The apartment was roomy and right by the high street. No parking but lots of bays in surrounding streets - we never had an issue finding a space. Anna was excellent at responding to messages and getting the property details to us. Also returned the security deposit promptly. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property, noisy foghorns
Property was lovely had everything we needed & playstation, games & music were great. Second night there foghorns went off continually, never realised it would be so loud & at 5.15 am it was like an alarm call. The weather was heavy fog & mist every day so no views to see. Can’t do anything about that I know but it was annoying.Found some lovely places to eat though.
