Pool / Spa
Very homely apartment and the neighbours are fab!. Exceeded my expectations and we had a fantastic family holiday. Helen made the booking simple and it was a pleasure 😊�. The apartment had everything and more. Beaches in the area are immaculate and bloody beautiful. U will need a car but don't let that put u off. Very nice part of town.

Excellent value for money
Second time at this apartment this year... Last time I said the double bed wasn't overly comfortable.. On arrival this time there was a new double bed and it was sooooo comfortable... Thanks again Helen for a fabulous apartment.. Looking at coming back again next year... Would highly recommend the apartment.. Michelle and guy

Lovely, clean and tidy as described.
Booking with Helen was excellent, responses to questions were quick, efficient and everything was as described. Tracey was there to meet us and the apartment was fabulously clean with everything required and more. ie PS1, DVD player and English TV, with a selection of games DVD's books and magazines. The pool is directly outside the double bedroom with a lovely shaded area for afternoon naps also a quite area at the front again in the shade for morning coffee and breakfast.
Only criticism of the apartment was the single beds was unconformable for adults. However, this is a personal preference.
The Plaza is only a 15-minute walk that is quite pleasant and the selection of restaurants is amazing, we can honestly say we never had a bad meal and the value was excellent. I would recommend both CHE chains, the burgers and Fajitas are a must and the pizzas upstairs are fantastic.
La Zenia beach is only 15 min drive and is also a beautiful place.
Overall a fantastic stay made all the better with the excellent communication and help from Helen and Tracey.

Nice central and clean apartment with the pool literally outside the back door..
Air conditioning was a god send during the night. Not many apartments were rented out when we were there so had the pool between 3 apartments.. Everything you would need on holiday was there including beach 🏖 towels. The only criticism I had was the double bed wasn't the comfiest however the single beds were fantastic. Overall a good place to stay... Would I stay there again? Most definitely a yes

This was ideal for us as the pool was straight outside the back door. The grand kids loved it and the sun was on the pool all day.

A fantastic apartment - ideal location
We stayed for 2 weeks at this apartment 7th to 21st September. The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The ceiling fans and aircon were definitely needed for our first week! It was only about a 15 minute slow walk to the plaza for a supermarket and restaurants. The beach was about 45 minutes walk away but there is a bus service - not that frequent as it is now their winter timetable! Helen, the owner, is really helpful and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were! Overall a great 2 weeks and highly recommend this apartment.

Within a few minutes of the apartment, there is horse riding available.
Beach/ Coast - there are a number of 'blue flag' high quality beaches with a 10 minute drive form the apartment. These beaches include; La Zania, and Campoamor. The coast line boasts a large number of bars and quality restaurants covering all appetites.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the apartment. Murcia is approximately 20 minutes drive from the apartment. Car hire and a taxi service is available from both airports.
There are a number of quality, family friendly bars and restaurants at the Villamartin Plaza, that will satisfy all appetites; which is approximately 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Also, within a short stroll there are a number of other family friendly restaurants and bars, namely Morgans Bar and the Cheers Bar.
There is the new open air shopping mall at La Zenia Boulevard, having stores such as; C&A, Decathlon, Alcampo, Baby Centre, Pull and Bear, Zara and many more. There is also a bowling alley, casino and many restaurants.
Local bus service runs frequently to the beaches and to towns of Torrevieja and Alicante. There are regular markets at Playa Flamenca (street market) and San Miguel de Salinas. Distances. Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive.
Additional information about rental rates
Booking Notes: A booking can only be confirmed when the non refundable deposit is received. The deposit is £100 per booking. A surety payment of £150 is due with final balance. Also a €70 payment is required on arrival to cover for final clean and linen costs. 100% payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. (Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival will require 100% payment). Extras required (at small extra charge) Crib/Cot /High Chair. A terms and conditions agreement will need to be completed during booking. Changeover Day: Check out time is 11:00 hours local time on the day of departure, a late departure fee will be charged after this time. Check in time is not before 16:00 hours local time on the day of arrival. These may be flexible and subject to individual agreements. Notes on prices: 1st January 2015 - 25th April 2015 - £250 per week 25th April 2015 - 5th September 2015 - £300 per week 5th September 2015 - 31st December 2015 - £250 per week. Long lets can be agreed and will subject to individual agreements.
