Beautiful Little Cottage
Thank you for a lovely stay and the bottle of wine and milk you left in the fridge - this was an unexpected nice little touch :0)
Great little cottage, clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and great views of the sea.
If we visit Goodwood Festival of Speed again in the future I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for the sea
We stayed at Pirate Point over the Easter weekend. Although the weather was very wet we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage. It is perfectly located close to the sea so easy walking distance even with young children. The kitchen was a good size for a family - we had fun using the Aga! The bedrooms were lovely - 2 double beds with plenty of storage. We didn't use the outside seating area nor the outside cottage but I would say a great bonus for a summer's evening. The only downside, if any, would be the lack of shower in the cottage - but this really wasn't a problem for a short stay.
Thank you so much for your kind words and lovely review - we are sorry about the weather but thrilled it didn't spoil your break.
There is an outside bathroom in the courtyard which has a shower, but this really works best in the summer when you are coming back from the beach covered in sand and sea salt. It would be a very chilly dash to the kitchen at this time of the year!
If you would like to come and visit us again when the weather is better please do as you would be very welcome.
Lovely cottage overlooking the beach
A lovely cottage right by the beach. Sea views from the window. Really comfy beds. Hope to return. Thank you.
Great location for views of the sea and beach walking
A lovely cosy cottage well decked out and in a fantastic location at the end of the row of cottages. 100 yards to the beach front and looking out over toward the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth whilst having breakfast and dinner was fantastic. The owners were really helpful with explaining about the outside annex/room and it was a good watch out for those with younger children but perfect for our teenager. The facilities were good and the furnishings were very good - its always enjoyable to get the use of an Aga cooker.
Hi James, thank you so much for your kind feedback.
We are pleased that you enjoyed the challenge of Aga Cooking and were able to eat al fresco to enjoy the views which are spectacular on a clear day.
We find that the annex is such a great bonus, cozy for cuddling up on a dull afternoon. Although teenagers find it perfect for privacy and independence, I am sure you will agree it is close enough for our comfort.
We hope that you will visit us again soon or maybe even have a break at our other cottage - Mast Cottage in Wareham.
